Embark on a thrilling adventure in this real-time strategy game, starting with a humble Stone Age settlement. As you progress, you’ll need to hunt and gather resources, learn to cultivate crops, and develop tools like spears and arrows. With each passing age, you’ll advance your civilization to become a global superpower equipped with nuclear weapons, tanks, rockets, heavy artillery, and even towering skyscrapers.

Culture, religious, diplomatic, and civic/government advancements as well will allow you to build any type of nation and watch it grow in many different ways.

More culture allows the building of wonders and other civilians from other factions and free factions to convert to yours.

Religion improvements allows you to build specialize religious buildings and units, but can anger and divides parts of your kingdom.

Throughout the game you will build goverment buildings that will allow you to pass certain laws and decrees that will hurt and help parts of your economy, happiness, population etc.

Upgrade your units and buildings over time to witness the true progression of your kingdom.

Immerse yourself in the game’s immersive 3D maps, featuring stunning visuals and offering various game modes. Currently available maps include barbarian survival mode, with upcoming modes such as undead apocalypse, alien invasion, and a real-time strategy battle royale.

Encounter a diverse array of animals during your hunts, including deer, giraffes, and elephants. Be cautious of formidable early-game creatures like bears and wolves.

Experience intelligent AI opponents who adapt their strategies in every new game you play. The AI will expand their societies, conduct research, and upgrade their capabilities alongside you.

Engage in multiplayer matches with up to 8 players or tackle single-player challenges on 16-player maps.

Your journey begins with just a primitive house and a villager. capable of training villagers and basic military units to protect against barbarians, animals, and other players. By conducting research at the main settlement, you can unlock technologies such as farming, writing, and city planning, which enable the construction of more advanced buildings and the training of superior troops.

The game progresses through various ages, starting from the challenging Stone Age phase where survival is tough due to the presence of barbarians and threatening animals. As you acquire farming techniques and other technologies, you’ll advance to the classical era, unlocking a tech tree focused on empire building. This era introduces classical ancient Roman/Greek-inspired buildings and units, culminating in the establishment of a magnificent kingdom. Subsequently, you’ll navigate through the Middle Ages, enlightenment, industrialization, modernity, and finally reach the post-modern era.

The post-modern era features futuristic units, granting you a significant advantage and easing your path to victory. With technologies like fusion power, artificial intelligence, and rocketry at your disposal, you can eliminate your competitors and dominate the game.

Powered by the Unity engine, Kingdoms Rise and Fall offers expansive maps with detailed building textures and diverse terrains. These maps showcase various biomes and regions, including hills, mountains, forests, and more.

Exploration plays a vital role in the early stages of the game, allowing you to discover valuable resources and encounter wildlife. However, be prepared to face increasingly hostile tribes, plagues/diseases, revolutionary ideals and aggressive animals as you accumulate more resources.

Games can take a a while to complete up to 10 hours sometimes. It’s hard to encompass all of humanity into that time span but we did our best!
