Lone Wolf is back, as a video game with a brand-new story, a deep combat system, stunning graphics and much more! Make meaningful choices and carve your own path through this epic non-linear adventure. Test your strength in dynamic turn-based battles, prove your skill with the lock-picking minigame and accept the challenge of wits posed by the mysterious Shianti Cube! The author Joe Dever has played an active role in the development of the game. The story he has written fits with the original continuity, but it also sheds a new light on Lone Wolf’s world, Magnamund! For Sommerlund and the Kai!

+ good story, original and respecting the spirit of the Lone Wolf books at the same time, also with a slight reference to the Grey Star books (prequel of Lone Wolf)
+ the issue of the fights depends more on a mixture of dexterity and of tactical decisions than on gear and luck; fights are particularly challenging on hard mode (which is very funny because it pushes us to take the best tactical choices), still it remains possible to win them all from the beginning to the end in hard mode
+ beautiful design
+ good balance between the possible kai disciplines; they can be all very usefull in the game and it is possible to win it with every combination, even in hard mode
+ very peaceful to play by reading a book
- The story remains too linear because our decisions have only short term consequences. To be fair, it is also like this in the lone wolf books. But I would love to see several possible stories depending on our choices
- It was difficult for me to understand how to move the mouse during the fights at the beginning. The explanation is given only once at the begin of the game and there is no user manual. In order to succeed in your attack, you have to press the left button and keep pressing it while moving the mouse in the same direction (linear or in a circle) than the symbol appearing on your screen; sometimes only when the symbol gets blue or when several symbols have joined)
- Like in a lot of games, the music is not varied enough
