In the spirit of our ethos of transparency and integrity we want you to know that our game is at ALPHA stage in EARLY ACCESS and will therefore contain many bugs and have performance issues on low to mid-end machines. We’re really proud of how it plays so far (it’s a lot of fun!) but if your rig DOES NOT meet the RECOMMENDED spec then the game may not perform well and as much as we appreciate your support we would suggest that you wait until later in development before you invest your money. We don’t want you buying something that’s going to disappoint you.

the Game
Jaws Of Extinction (JoE) is a story-driven, single-player, and multiplayer, horror-survival RPG. Your story begins on a large, open-world island known as Eden-Nadir; a place renowned for its beauty and thriving wildlife.
You will be faced with decisions that you may not wish to make as you battle against terrifying infected locals, brutal armed survivors, dangerous native wildlife, exposure to the elements, and the threats posed by other players.
Play single-player, co-op with up to 4 friends, or multiplayer on a dedicated server. Follow the storyline and uncover the dark secrets of Eden-Nadir or go off the beaten track and simply survive in the huge, open-world, hand-crafted environment.
The infected can do almost everything you can do—climb, vault, run, and even open doors. To get an edge, players must use stealth, cunning and the appropriate equipment to survive.
The infected are not reanimated undead. They are conscious and completely aware of what is happening, but have no control over their actions. Screaming in pain, they are slaves to the fungal parasite seen protruding from wounds on their bodies.
Headshots will spread a cloud of hazardous fungal spores. The best way to eliminate the infected is by damaging the heart. Take mercy on them.
Infected are attracted to water and become extremely dangerous when exposed to it. Every trip to a reliable watering hole carries risk, and be wary of straying too far from safety when dark clouds are overhead. The skies will betray you in other ways too. Beware of flocks of carrion birds that will give away your position.
What will be your profession? You can build, craft, trade, farm, hunt, fight, scavenge, loot, ambush and steal… it’s all up to you! How will you choose to survive?
The island of Eden-Nadir’s diverse biomes range from sweeping lavender and cornfields to sun-dappled forests and beautiful seashores which feed into murky swamps. If you’re looking to settle in a more urban environment, then the island is dotted with deserted towns, fortified cities, even quaint villages and picturesque countryside retreats. All waiting to be claimed.

Depuis la dernière fois que j'ai écrit cette évaluation il y a u du neuf, au niveau de l'optimisation ça va dans le bon sens, beaucoup de progrès, beaucoup plus stable (il reste encore du travail la dessus bien entendu, mais c'est en bonne voie), les développeurs travail vraiment d'arrache pieds sur leur jeu, beaucoup d'amélioration sur beaucoup de choses et encore beaucoup de choses encore a venir.
Des patchs et mise a jour régulièrement.
Bref, le jeu est loin d'être abandonné au fond d'un tiroir.
Evaluation d'origine:
Un jeu qui a un fort potentiel, par rapport à la première fois où ils l'ont mis en vente en phase de pré alpha il s'est énormément améliorer, il y a u un gros suivis, beaucoup de mise à jours, mais il leurs reste encore beaucoup à faire, la stabilité c'est grandement améliorée, mais c'est pas encore ça, il y a encore beaucoup de bug, a prendre vraiment si vous souhaitez soutenir son développement, autrement je vous conseil fortement d'attendre de voir ce qu'il devient au fur et à mesure des correctifs, autrement vous risquez d'être déçu.
Pour résumer : un bon jeu encore en développement, un fort potentiel mais qui demande encore beaucoup de travail.

Bien que dire. trais bon jeu j'ai perdu un des jeu magnifique H1z1 just survive. ça donne la même effet oui il est buggé c'est normal il est en alpha. alors les loot sont trais sympa. pas trop compliqué pour faire une base c'est trais cool. graphique sais assez correct pour une alpha. je dit bravo ce jeu et trais prometteur voir l'avenir merci dev :) j'adore ce jeu
Nouvelle Découverte du 5 décembre 2020, que dire très surprenant la nouvelle carte et trais top la difficulté et Équilibré trais heureux du jeu les graphique sont magnifique. les dev font un trais bon travail ce jeux je le recommande a 100%

Amazing game but needs tons of polish on performance, difficulty, and more.

joué environ 25 heures en 3 jours .... Pour moi , c'est le jeu que je cherchais depuis longtemps et que steam ne m'avait pas encore montré , quelle honte ! Tout est bon dans ce jeu , sauf les bugs , mais vu le plaisir que je prend, je pardonne ! Les Devs sont certainement très doués ! Bref ,je développerais mon avis plus tard .. Pour moi c 'est un grand OUI , il y a tout ce que j'aime ( looting ,farming ,crafting , aventure , reward ... )et le tout est très bien réalisé !
