HOROS – monster slayer and lover of many
“People say it was a miracle I survived. My wounds… they were too deep; I should’ve been dead three times over. I was lying on a pool of my own blood when they found me, babbling like a madman. The farmers were inclined to put an end to my misery and spare me needless suffering, but they couldn’t bring themselves to kill someone in cold blood, so they dragged my not quite corpse to the stables to let me die in warmth and at least a bit of comfort. Except… I didn’t.
When they saw I was not only alive but recovering, improving… they took me to Swingmore. There’s an innkeeper here, a good woman, someone who wants to take care of me, to let me… I don’t know. I don’t know nearly anything. But here I can rest till I’m ready to decide. To decide who I am, and maybe discover who I was.”
This is the story of how you got your new name, Horos, and the man you became with it. The monster-slayer, the lover of many. The seeker of what you lost.CHARACTERSDuring his quest, Horos will meet a lot of different people – from cutthroat merchants to literal cutthroats, to people more interested in… other parts of his anatomy. While designing the characters, we’ve tried to adhere to the fantasy spirit by adding unique, distinctive features to each of them. Lithe, nymph-like women will stand aside ones with more rotund curves, and you will also find those that are not so easily described.
The innkeeper Lucretia will try to nurture you with her motherly side, Kara, the blacksmith’s daughter, is quite ready to be nurtured herself, and Fabiana, the leader of the Majestic Owl cult… well, you’ll have to find that out by yourself. Mandy is ready to work some magic (the witchcraft kind), Teriani will do as elves do (repeatedly), and Lady Aleneitte will show you what it is that nobles do with their husband’s permission. This is by no means exhausting, but Horos will, by the end of it, certainly be exhausted.SEX SCENESLet’s put it this way: in what other game have you gone from helping a recently resurrected necromancer celebrate her return to the land of th living only to then take a friendly vampire in a threesome with the shopkeeper girl? Of course, this is just the tip (heh) of the proverbial iceberg, but we wouldn’t want to spoil everything for you yet.
And the story part won’t be the only one where we get innovative. The animations will be rendered in 40 frames, the best-looking, more fluid we’ve ever made, and they won’t be just a slideshow. We’ll add some random elements to them, but we’ll also work to make them more interactive than ever – just as a small preview: every position will have its own associated cumshot, so look forward to painting the ladies white any way you like. Again, and again.DIVERSIFIED SCENERYWe’ve spent a long, long time getting each location just right, from inception to design to final render. But the work that’s been put into each individual background doesn’t mean we’ve limited ourselves to a few key scenes. No: this project doubles, or maybe even triples, the number of locations of our most expansive projects to date.
You will begin your story in Swingmore, a small town in the middle of nowhere, and from there, you’ll travel through swamps, deserts, diverse forests, deadlands, and much more. Every environment will throw new enemies at you – from the desert-dwelling, scimitar-wielding goblins to acolytes with their magics and swordmasters… and that’s just in one place!
In the three available towns and in many hidden places throughout the game (a hut in the swamp, a tent in the desert,…), you’ll find characters to interact with, be it through trade, sprawling dialogs, intriguing quests, or…. Well, you remember what the game is about, don’t you? Yes, there’ll be plenty of that.A SIMPLE RPG GAMESimple doesn’t mean incomplete: looting defeated enemies and abandoned treasure, equipping yourself with armors, weapons, and assorted items to increase both your stats and chances, and, of course, combat. Don’t worry, the focus of the story will still be the erotic encounters, and we won’t bog you down with a cumbersome system, but you’ll still face many enemies, some of which you will overpower and some that will require a bit of cunning from you. Goblins, skeletons, zombies, and the like won’t stop you for long, but when you get to the trolls, wyverns, or other scaly threats… Well, that’s where the fun starts. Dragons, after all, think armor makes you crunchier.

This is a surprisingly decent Adult game. You play as Horos who is kind of like a Witcher. Just like Geralt in the first game, Horos has amnesia. A small town nurses you back to health, you are grateful for their help, decide to start helping out the townsfolk via quests, and have sex with multiple women.
Quests generally revolve around simple puzzles and turn-based combat. Oh yeah, the game also has random encounters, although you can purchase an item that decreases them. Honestly, I didn't mind the grind as more combat = more gold and exp. And the combat is simple anyway.
Horos always goes first and as you level up, you unlock new attacks and passive skills. Usually, all that's required is spamming medium attack and popping a healing spell. A few boss fights were challenging, but I cheesed through it by spamming potions.
Pros:
-Story is surprisingly decent for an Adult game. And yes, it's filled with flirting and lewd jokes.
-Combat isn't challenging but fights end quickly and it's nice to level up quickly, unlock new abilities, and farm gold to upgrade your weapon and armor.
-There are around 23 endings. I was able to get all of them except for ending #2 on my first playthrough. There are multiple ways to finish the main quest, so just reload your save before you challenge the final boss.
-Sex scenes have multiple interactions in them. You can choose what to do with 2 dialogue options every time. Then you can review them in the gallery and play them out in a different way.
-I don't think it's possible to unlock all scenes in 1 playthrough so there is some replay value. Example: Blackksmith's daughter offers her virginity or a sword for saving her father's life.
-You can play with one hand.
Neutral:
-Although the characters have beautiful portraits, the sex scenes are robotic. It's a short animation that loops and the looping is obvious and a bit jarring.
-The scenes are also all vanilla. I've played some weird games with futa, bestiality, tentacles, etc but this one is bog standard stuff. HJ, BJ, FJ, vaginal, and anal which is fine with me. I'm not into weird things like grape, NTR, etc.
-All the sex is straight, which again doesn't bother me. But this might be a turn-off for some people.
Cons:
-The writing is full of spelling mistakes.
-A free expansion was released in April and, unfortunately, broke old save games. I had quests that couldn't be completed and I was missing some upgrades and items so I was forced to start over.
-No voice acting and the moaning during the scenes are reused every time.

Fun game, key word game, with lewd scenes as the reward. I love almost every game from Lesson Of Passion. They're getting better with each release.

Dlc update: it really became a better, good game.
Based on normal difficulty, it really feels like some action-rpg now:
- more side quests
- some quests got fixed/extended, locations which were empty before now tied up with new quests
- better quest tracking
- some quests now results in a very different ending
- locations and monsters are more diverse now
- you can learn more skills
- weapons and armour were updated, new added
- new items (teleportation ring to freely use the map, finally! plus xp boost and a questionable ring of avoiding battles (why not just switch to easy then, right?)
- farming gold is less tense
What I don't like:
- text/story, dialogues style, choose of words and swearings
- idle animations (in the dialog) of girl characters are not nice at all

What an absolutely delightful pleasant surprise! For the price of 2 Beers this is really a lot more fun.
Lately Steam has been overrun with low quality, low effort NSFW titles - mainly with AI generated content and translations so bad they are an insult to AI (Tip: If a game has any kind of emoticon at the end of the title: double check the reviews and the publisher). So I was about to give up on the genre when I ran into this gem. Slaying monsters? Yes, please. Love many? Oh absolutely, don't mind if I do!
This is a mix of basic combat and (very basic) RPG progression and AVN. Think "Voids Calling" (without the grind and the overly complicated decision trees). And I personally find both parts well done:
The combat is decent and entertaining. Starts out slow but when the story progresses and your level rises you gain skills that add a bit of variety. Yeah ok, its not Baldurs Gate but its much better than a "Attack/Defend" mechanic. I actually found it to be good fun and it remained interesting and challenging up to the very end.
The AVN part is (for me) well done. Its not 12 hours of text to wade through but a crisp, genuinely entertaining story. Ties well in with the rest of the game (the combat and the... uh... other part) and the quests are neither obscure nor annoying and there is a quest log and a help section that helps in the unlikely event that you are stuck.
I found the adult content more than just satisfactory. Plenty of kinks, excellent graphics and well-done animations. Exactly the amount and the quality of adult content I am hoping for - actually much better than I expected.
You do not need 12 playthroughs with a convoluted library of savegames to see all the content. Some scenes require a bit of attention to get but its all doable rather painlessly. Yes, replayability is not great but lets be honest here: How much fun is it really to skip through 4 hours of text with a convoluted guide because you didn't hug that one girl in Chapter 1 and are now missing half the content in the Epilogue?
There are some things that might ... err.. rub you the wrong way. The MC is not the classical MC of these games (which, honestly, more often than not is just a disembodied set of genitals or the bland version of a generic, unoffensive male). Beast of a man, not very pretty (and thats putting it mildly) - but! I found this kinda refreshing and much less distracting than I initially thought. There is actually a bit of charisma in there.
The combat system starts slow and the first hour can be a bit tedious. Until you can afford better equipment and get the first spells there may be a bit of eyerolling at yet another goblin. But it does get better progressively. There are also some QoL items available at a trader, which make things a lot easier.
Conclusion: I rarely recommend a game at full price but if you are anything like me you'd not go wrong here. Even if you are nothing like me, probably.

Review: It's a decent story with sandbox play, and multiple endings.
Pro:
- Sex scenes are not too bad, but not great
- Women are varied and all look different
- Combat is decent for an AVN
- Lots of secrets to discover
- Orbs to gather
Cons:
- Lack of camera angles during sex
- lack of creampie options despite women not being able to get pregnant due to a curse
- Some choices make no sense when you see the outcome

This game is fun to play.
It isn't the best quality, and the audio is so weird.
The noises they make during happy time are just off putting and laugh out loud funny.
It's an awkward, quirky, strange game, but it's a fun game to play.
There is a lot of content, and it takes awhile to beat the game.
Even though it's not the best, I recommend it because of the games out there it is pretty decent.
Most of these types of games are horrible, and this one isn't so horrible.

"Simple Witcher style story, I like it, some typos.
I chose the story mode so can't moan about the lack of mini games, I'm sure the combat is fun! I like the ""magic orb"" finding and the free roam style. Scene Gallery so you can keep track of the scenes.
The girls are okay, some moderately hot.
Mostly static but with audio, there are some motion scenes but feel a bit ""clumsy"".
Multiple choices that leave in different directions, in some cases you can lose people as ""special friends"" to make you feel like you're choices matter. Can also replay in Combat mode and in different difficulties. Multiple endings to ""collect""."
