雰囲気とジワジワ恐怖演出は本気で怖かったが、
終盤の面倒な謎解きと場所わからん部屋探しと最終戦は死にながら攻略法覚えるしかないので台無し。とても惜しい。
妖術使った事や、妖術失敗して自分に返ってきた疑惑や、そもそも主人公はなぜここにいるのかの謎など、妻の日記のページや写真の切れ端を大量に入手して、謎をつなぎ合わせても、すべての謎は全く解けない。
このゲームには続編 Home Sweet Home EP2 があり、すべて謎が完全に解けるのかもしれないが、日本語は対応なし。すべての謎は全く解けない。
演出は怖かったのでおすすめはする。
