Help! Cats have gone amuck and taken over New York. Some are very cleverly hidden and not easy to find!
Hidden Cats in New York by Developer Nukearts Studio
Play through numerous modes of monochromatic scenes, finding special cats, and unlocking bonus levels. More than 770 hidden objects to find. The Statue of Liberty can be found with several cats on it. Not far, is the Empire State Building with King Kong on top of it. The Smelly Cat Cafe is a reference from the series, Friends. If you closely observe the cars at the bottom of the screen, you will recognize the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters or the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo. There is Marilyn Monroe from her famous scene with her dress blowing up in the air. Also, Fred Astaire, famous actor, singer and dancer. And there is Crocodile Dundee. I wonder how many I have missed? Men in Black guys are there, hidden in plain sight. Music is pleasant and fitting for the game. There are various menu settings, like dark mode, invert mouse zoom, edge screen scrolling. Also has Xbox and PlayStation Controller Support. Cats meow when you go to their page and meow again when they are found. Find all the cleverly hidden cats to reveal the final beautifully colored scene. Really love the ambience of people chatting and common everyday life sounds, they are a really nice addition to the game!

Final Thoughts:
A fun and addicting game with wonderfully hidden cats. One thing I find annoying, is when I click quickly, the screen moves, sometimes quite a ways from where I was clicking originally. This makes it hard for me to keep tract of where I was at. Still I would buy this one again! Price is inexpensive and you have lots of wonderful areas to search. Looks amazingly beautiful when colored in!

A good hidden object game where you have to find 757 scattered cats around a main and 6 bonus levels. On the main level each section gets colored as you find all the cats in it which is really satisfying to see. On the bonus levels also get colored, but only once you finish the whole level.
While the moving cars are a nice touch and idea, they also kinda block the bottom part of the image a lot and are quite hard to actually get cats on them registered as found making them more annoying than cool. The moving boats are ok.
But overall I still very much enjoyed my time with the game.
Works without any issues on Linux with Proton (9.0-2).

It's a fine "Where's Waldo" type of game.
It could give you a lot more interesting things to find and could be of bigger scale, but what's here is casual fun for 70 minutes.
For a bigger and better experience check out Hidden Folks.

If you've played any of the other "Hidden Cats" games by this developer, then you know exactly what you're in for, for better or for worse.
Some cute cats and brain/eye-straining hidden object game-play, accompanied by repetitive and ultimately annoying music. Obviously some maps are harder than others, and the limited hints can be frustrating in the bonus levels, but take your time and zoom in on the screens as far as you can go and you should eventually find all the wee felines.
Recommended, but it does nothing new whatsoever (which I am personally okay with! :) :)

This is a really cute search game. You need to find all the cats within a black and white picture. Once you find a cat and click on it, it gets a bit of colour.
Visually the game is really beautiful with the art style and the scenery and later on the colours.
The sound effects and music is really nice where you can hear the cats every time you find them and when you search in a different area, then the sounds differ.
Overall a super fun game with easy achievements.

Some of the cats are hidden in unfair ways, imo, but it's still an above average Eye-Spy game.
