GRIS

A few words about this game...no...a work of art, is not enough to satisfy my admiration for it that has germinated in me.
The first thing anyone will see when looking at it in steamshop is, of course, the art style. Mr. Conrad Roset clearly didn't slow down for a second when he took on this art. The professionalism doesn't so much ring a bell, but he served me a juicy leaf in the face so that I had no doubt what I was looking at. The choice of colors, shapes...I could go on and on, but I'd be out of breath. Experiencing this “game” is like being immersed in an artist's daydream, where the boundary between a simple idea and unfettered imagination merges into one.
Of course...the music composed for this “game” will not escape your attention(unless you play without sound. the only thing I can say is these people...shame on you). I did not think that “playing” this “game”, I would get in the same price, a real concert. Whether it's piano or violin, it's real honey for the ears. A slower or faster note, along with Mr. Roset's visuals, you no longer “play” this “game”...you feel it.
Yet, here I am...talking...praising the artstic aspect of this “game”, without mentioning what for some of you is the most important: gameplay. Well...if my words of introduction weren't a sufficient hint, I'll say it briefly: an interactive film. For most of the “game,” more emphasis is placed on the visual-acoustic experience, rather then on the pain in your fingers and ragequitting. “The game,” however, has its platforming and puzlle moments, that will take your lulled, by the charming graphics and music, gray matter by surprise. and one can see from it, that Nomad Studio has real potential to show off in its future prodcuts.
But no game these days can do without a good old plot. What is it?...the description in steamshop doesn't tell the whole truth...it's something you have to discover for yourself...although the word “discover” here may be quite...an egregious understatement.
At the end of the day...Nomad Studio as a rising star in the indi game industry, with emotional blackmail, made me like this game very much. and I know, that every penny you will give Nomad Studio will not go in vain.

Gra przy której cały czas trzymamy palec na F12. Śpiew GRIS, muzyka, arcydzieło.
Myślę, że osoba, która stworzyła tę grę, musiała przejść przez trudne chwile.
Przepiękna, opowiadająca historię tylko za pomocą symboliki.

Gris, jest cudowną grą zarówno jak pod kontem artystycznym jak i muzycznym po prostu urzeka gracza od pierwszych minut rozgrywki. Oprócz samej pięknej oprawy audiowizualnej, Gris to również gra ukazująca radzenie sobie z żałobą w naprawdę pięknym stylu nadając każdemu rozdziałowi inny kolor oddający dany stopień żałoby, Gris jest grą dość krótką ale myślę, że grą której każdy powinien dać szanse

Niesamowita gra która, na pierwszy rzut oka jest prosta i nie skomplikowana jednakże zagłębiając się w fabułę odnajdujemy drugie psychologiczne dno, dostrzegamy złożoność podróży bohaterki, razem z protagonistką zmagamy się ze wszystkimi etapami żałoby by na końcu... A co ja wam będę fabułę streszczał ? Ta mała i nie pozorna indie girka wywarła na mnie ogromne wrażenie, z całego serca polecam samemu zagrać, odprężyć się i przemyśleć bo naprawdę warto.

Bezstresowa platformówka z ładną oprawą graficzną i dźwiękiem.
Dobre jest to, że nie ma mechaniki umierania kiedy się pomylisz - płacisz jedynie czasem pokonania jakiegoś odcinka trasy jeszcze raz.

Gris is a unique experience that captivates with its artistic aesthetics and deep emotional journey. The game stands out with its beautifully hand-painted visuals and a subtle soundtrack that perfectly complements the melancholic atmosphere of the gameplay. The mechanics are simple yet full of symbolism – each new ability the protagonist gains represents a stage in her emotional recovery.
It's worth appreciating how delicately Gris explores themes of sorrow and loss, guiding the player through worlds that transform as the story progresses. The game not only offers stunning visuals but also makes every moment feel special, with the shifts in colors and landscapes being a true visual feast.
For those seeking a game that goes beyond just playing and delves into emotions and contemplation, Gris is a must-play.
