was enjoyable to play and rather like could replay a level when was stuck. only drawback is it's short, played the entire 5 chapters in about 16 hrs.

You have to clear match 3 screens to accumulate points to advance the story line. You "buy" the next phase of the story. I liked their method in "Cave Quest" better where match 3 screens uncovered new areas automatically and advanced the rich story line, even sending you back to previous areas to continue the story. So far this game is OK though. I like match 3 games in general and so far it fits the bill.
They have a new feature, new to me anyway, where a play stone, symbol, what ever they call those things, will start flashing, altering between the available stones in that map, you click it to choose which one it will be. It's kind of annoying because it usually takes a few clicks around the grid to advance the drops anyway. If you are careful with the choice I guess it might help.
The grids include the usual bombs and tools to help out when those pesky pinch points or what you call them start taking forever to clear.
