Nail the perfect line in the future's most challenging stunt sport! Grab your bike and hit the rails in FutureGrind, a stylish stunt-platformer all about tricks, skill, and speed. Use your futuristic bike to chain together huge combos on tracks made of floating rails, but watch out: touch the wrong color and you'll explode instantly! Keep your sponsors happy and you'll find yourself earning new bikes and racing mind-bending tracks built for the pros. But not everything is as it seems. Someone is watching your every move. Who is it, and what do they really want with you? Think you have what it takes? Test your limits while grinding to the bass pounding beats of an original soundtrack by bignic.

Review:
FutureGrind is a great example of an "easy to pick up but hard to master" game. You'll immediately be doing 720 backflips as you control your bike and bound from rail to rail, matching colors and trying not to crash. Then you'll see your bronze trophy and think, "I could totally get silver... no, gold. NO, PLATINUM!" And before you know it, you've gleefully played the same track dozens of times to nail the perfect run.
With that obsession comes a dose of frustration as your mind gets wrapped around the mechanics, trying hard to keep your acrobatics in sync with the colors of the rails as mismatching colors will blow up your bike and end your run. But it never feels unfair, and with each failure you'll already be figuring out a way to try to tackle it better.
There are also several accessibility options to change the colors of the rails as well as a mode that reduces the difficulty so that everyone can enjoy the game. While I haven't tried this mode, I'm very glad it exists. I think conquering games like this are a joy but I love that the developers took into account this potential barrier of entry and incorporated a mode that everyone can unwind with.
There is a story, but really, you're there to RIDE.
Highly recommended!

Initial play-through of all major content in the game took about 4-5 hours, once I started to go for highscores on tracks, my playtime exceeded 40 hours lol
Though rather simple, it is a very polished game in all regards and pretty much nails everything it attempts to do.
+Great Visuals
+Good Soundtrack
+Solid Controls
+Difficult, but not unfair at any point time.
Overall, great game, if you like challenging platformer style games I would recommend this one for sure, especially if you enjoy leaderboard competition.
EDIT: I finally got 1st on every level of the steam leaderboards as of 2/3/2019, here is the compilation of that. Spent about 1 hour-ish per level planning and executing.

Bruh this game was fantastic. And it has so few reviews it almost feels illegal. It looks great, soundtrack is bomb (although a bit repetitive after a while), levels are hand crafted and there are a lot of them, and the gameplay feels fresh on each level with the different challenges and, bikes and atmosphere. I think the worst aspect about the game is the story, which I literally couldn't care for, but everything else is very well done.
8/10 - Addicting.

I love this game. Like, really really love this game. Completed it in two sittings totaling over 11 hours. I didn't get all Plat trophies to this point, but all but one gold with a few plats here and there.
I love the different crafts you pilot and how much they differ from each other, I feel like the controls are perfect and I never felt like the game "got" me -- always my fault for each death. Also loved how a meta story exists, light but still tech future fun.
I really hope this game takes off. Seeing it's lack of reviews now def. prompted me to step in. Do yourself a favor and pick this up!
Gameplay (note, these are just time trials. Each stage has like 3 missions per).

One of those gems I love, simple enough to learn easily and enjoy but hard to master and get a place in its leaderboards.
Check the gameplay to get an idea of how fun it can be and don't miss it if you are into this kind of action games.
Also the game went unnoticed, so here's a well deserved positive review for a heads-up.

Thoroughly enjoyable take on an autorunner, simple but fun gameplay and a great soundtrack. The various bikes each give a nice twist on the gameplay and the highscoring is extremely satisfying to route and execute. Highly recommended!

Some games are designed so beautifully that you feel like a complete badass constantly.
This is one of those games.
The feeling of doing tricks and matching the wheel colors to the rail colors is just fluid and amazing.
I loved Uniracers back on the SNES in the 90's. This is that on steroids.
