Full Metal Furies

From the creators of Rogue Legacy comes a "true-cooperative" action RPG. FULL METAL FURIES puts an emphasis on team play with a unique combat system where everyone is important. Work together to defeat special enemies, string organics combos to deal massive damage, and save a wartorn world that is battling itself to extinction. Play on the couch or online with friends, and make it a party for up to four players! Or go solo in single-player, and show off your skills through a Pick 2 quick-switch system that retains all the nuances of multi-play. True coordination is needed to take down your foes. Enemies enter the battlefield with coloured barriers, and only allies of a similar colour can shatter them. You must revive your fallen allies. Barriers won’t break themselves! Revive bars naturally raise over time, but a helping hand never hurts.

Good combination of RPG and Beat 'em Up! Interesting combat, especially bosses, a good game to co-op but can be played solo.
This is a first impression review. Furthermore I watched a friend play this on my computer, because I am not able to play this myself. If you want to read a more precise experience with this game, please read anothers review.
Impressions
Being very unfamiliar with this style of games (I've played the Double Dragons as a kid), this game is a good one in my opinion. Good pixelart, interesting characters with their own unique abilities, good level up system.
If you enjoy a good Beat 'em Up, this is a great recommendation!

The Best Game You've Never Heard Of

Review from Steam

THIS GAME IS SO GOOD. great music, especially the "theseus" track. i love the characters and dialogue. the personalities of the enemy characters are great and easy to love. the riddles and puzzles were incredibly creative, albeit sometimes a little too convoluted. only having searched up a small handful of puzzle solutions, me and my friends got through the majority of the games puzzles, and were always incredibly surprised and satisfied after figuring out each solution. the creativity on the riddles were astonishing and i personally loved each puzzle. my only complaints throughout the game are the lack of cohesion of where my character is, often getting lost in cluttered battles, and also the weird character balancing. for being a fighter, my character, alex, always managed to do the least damage, while the sniper always carried out much more damage than the everyone else combined. and the combat is fun, isnt super demanding and difficult, but its definitely possible to improve and master ur characters skills. its very fun getting comfortable with alex's counter, zooming across the screen while invulerable. me and my friends got this game on sale for $5, but i would definitely be fine paying full price for this. so much content and replayability in such a simple package. cute art style and general art direction. very funny game, and also made me very emotional at moments. never takes itself too seriously, but manages raelly hit deep in my heart. the handful of days i played this game with my friends was very fun and a memorable bonding experience. i'll keep this game dear to my heart, and i'll be sure to pick it up in the future :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
TLDR: INCREDIBLY UNDERRATED GAME, dialogue is funny and full of personality. puzzles are often convoluted but satisfying. combat is easy to pick up, hard to master. IF U GET THE OPPORTUNITY TRY THE GAME OUT WITH SOME FRIENDS, ITS GREAT!!!

Probably the best game I've ever played with friends. I haven't tried singleplayer but it's definitely a coop game. I played this game with 2 of my friends and so only played with 3 players. Finished the game and NG+ and I feel like it still has replayability.

characters fun :)

Probably the best co-op game you've never played. I've seen it described as a beat-em-up, but it really doesn't control anything like a typical one, and each of the four classes are significantly different from one another.
Tons of secrets, playstyle customization, and persistent progression elevate this far above arcadey action. Don't know why the second game from the team that made Rogue Legacy did so poorly.

This is easily my favorite game on steam, but no one knows about it. Its extremely sad and I highly recommend this game to everyone. Between the excellent team combat system, the unique classes, and the challenging puzzles (seriously they're extremely hard), this game deserves to be extremely well known and loved.
