ドローン視点動画を見ていて思った。楽しそうだ。私もレース用ドローンを操縦してみたいものだ。しかしきっと高価だろう。
まてよ、シミュレータは無いだろうか。操縦に上達するのに有用そうだ。きっとあるだろう。
…と探して辿り着いた。まさに思っていた通りのもので、基本無料とはありがたい。
どの程度本物に近いかは知らないが、感覚的には物理的に不自然のない動きをしているように思える。想像通り楽しく、満足だ。この2スティックで4自由度を操る操縦体験が独特で他にない楽しさがある。
ゲームとして見ると、チャレンジやレースの課題が最初から非常に高難度で初心者には全く楽しめないのは残念だ。Easyを名乗るならレースのゲートやチャレンジの収集物のサイズは5倍くらいあってほしいし、制限時間はつけないでほしい(タイムアタックはあってよいが途中でプレイを終了させられるのが不満)。
でもフリーモードで飛ぶだけで楽しい。
