Figment
A musical action-adventure set in the recesses of the human mind… Welcome to the world of Figment. A strange and surreal world a place filled with our deepest thoughts, urges and memories, populated by the many voices we hear in our heads. This mind has been quiet and calm for many years. But something has changed. New thoughts have started to emerge – taking the shape of nightmarish creatures who spread fear wherever they go. The only hope is for the grumpy Dusty, the mind's former voice of courage, to get back to his old self and help the mind to face its fears. Join Dusty and his ever-optimistic friend, Piper, on an adventure through the different sides of the mind, solving puzzles to set things straight, beating back the nightmares and seeking to restore the courage that's been lost.

There's a French spider who sings jazz slam poetry while she tries to kill you.

Very nice indie game with a nice story and excellent soundtrack. The only character that clashes with everything is the protagonist :D my rating 8/10

The game is good. I got it free during a promotion.
Gameplay is simple (missing an azerty keyboard mode, on windows you can switch to an english keyboard using Alt+Shift), story is good, level design is extremely good and graphical design, music design are really coherent with gameplay. Music, in particular, is awesome and you know they worked really hard for it. Boss music themes are for now the top 1 for any game I played (spoiler: the bosses sing songs on beginning of the boss battle ) .
Bonus: some puns, I loved them :)
The puzzles are simple, sometimes you will need time to guess fun hints for non-essential puzzles.
20Euros (or 19,99) is too much though, because the game is really short. but not
that much.
Recommended price: around 12 euros. That's 2 euros per hour for 6 hours of unlocking all stuff. (I'm still short for 2 achievements until completion after my 1st run: hitting 3 enemies in one blow and killing 2 in one blow, I don't want to play again to get them)

Mostly good. The songs and writing are decent, even if the story overall is a cliche. The puzzles are alright, with a mix of some that are abstract, some that are logical, and some which are just memorization.
I found movement and combat mostly annoying but not terrible enough to make me quit. I encountered one physics bug where I got stuck on a collapsed bridge toward the end. Luckily I could load a quick save (which was saved automatically) from the menu and I was back at the step just prior.
