The game is somewhat broken for me. I can't progress after being picked up by Jason; the LMB to talk doesn't function during that part.
Nonetheless, I love the atmosphere of this episode and being in a situation where you are stranded during the night adds to the suspense of the game.

Though the story ends up being a little too all over the place in the back half, this game is still a pretty solid entry in the Fears 2 Fathom series.
This entry is definitely more complex than the first, and it's certainly more eerie, but it almost seems a bit too disjointed at times to feel like that solid of an experience. Some of the scares and story beats make sense and work together to create a genuinely unnerving atmosphere: the store clerk's stories, the silent stranger, the car ride afterward.
On the other hand, however, some events and ideas seem like they were shoehorned in: the coffee machine, the "don't be loud" condition, and the pills. These elements generate an undercurrent of confusion and disjointedness as we wonder whether or not the events are supernatural to some degree, and, overall, seem to break the immersion to some degree.
That said, there is seemingly a full episode of the old Superman cartoon on TV when you get to the Motel bedroom.

I bought these games as part of a bundle. I had seen them recommended many times over on Reddit. I have now played the first episode (a free game) and now the 2nd episode. This one is a little longer than the first, and feels a little better developed - it’s cool to see the dev getting better as he goes on.
The story is a simple horror tale. Not a whole lot to it, but it’s very unnerving and creepy. I really like what this dev is doing so far, and I’m glad I supported him by buying the bundle of episodes. Can’t wait to play the next one!

Fears to Fathom games do a really good job of making everything tense & unsettling, and this one is no exception! Creepy, short little game that was exactly what I wanted!
Warning for others with vertigo/motion sickness- there is a section of the game that warps your vision and inverts the controls which triggered a pretty bad episode for me. Still worth it, just should have taken my dramamine before I started.

Fears to Fathom is the only Game which doesn't scare me to the death but the vibes are always soo creepy, i really except something every time, The fact that it's based on real story scares me even moree. 8.9/10 ( because of no actual crazy jumpscare and the creepy environment )

Definitely a step up from episode 1, a longer and more interactive experience with some nice horror which overall was very enjoyable.
