How The World of Exhale XR came to be…
As time and space began to warp towards an unidentifiable vision in space, an odd occurrence began to arise. Fractal parts flashed by as if the architect had begun a redesign in the middle of the night. As dust particles settled from this reapplication of physics, textures and desires, a new galaxy appeared in the distance of space. Through the night sky a new environment of islands emerged, floating in space and time. Each with their own distinctive vibration, appeal and purpose. Once the gravitational pull established a hold on the particles they became a new piece of vibrational guidance towards self reflection.

So, there's been this app I've always used from time to time on PSVR, called Anywhere VR. Real environments, looped in short vids, so you could just chill and take in the atmosphere. I could see this offered something similar as part of it's functions, so I thought i'd give it a try. I do enjoy it, but...the overall video quality is of a lower fidelity than I'd have expected. My Vive Pro has high res, so I thought it would at least be better than the PSVR offering, but it's really not. Unlike the other, this has 10 min videos that take you to three or four locals within the theme of the vid. Some work/look better than others. I paid for some of the DLC to see what I thought. Of those, I really like the "Nights Glow" environment & "By the Water". If the videos were clearer, I'd really like this. Some look better than others, some areas of each vid look better, none look great. It worked fine when off-line. I like it. I will use it. I'd like it lot more, if the videos were of a higher resolution, or there were options for clarity offered. I've experienced some judder in the lobby. The first time I pick up the bow, I can set it down, after I pick it up again, I can't.

Boots me in front of a screen where all meditations need to be purchased with none in library, as a result I felt more frustrated, not relaxed.
Beyond that the base game locomotion, UI and turning sound increased my frustration while I didn't manage to boot anything relaxing I went on Desktop to ask steam for refund as not relaxing for now.
Disclaimer: I dont know if addon packages or meditations could be great as only invested a couple of minutes.
Most relaxing part was Steam refund

Exhale XR | VR Wellness is an app to help aid with your mental health. It provides a VR world for you to get away too and practice your meditation and breathing exercises.
The main world (hub) you are loaded into is a nice peaceful VR environment to explore and relax. You can pick 360 photo environments to sit and relax in. I found the photo quality a bit lagging, but still a peaceful place to be.
There are other VR tools to use as well. A gong, chimes and several places to sit back and meditate or breath. The app also featured an elevator ride to the tree tops and has breathing exercises, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to make them work. A better tutorial would be of great aid for this app.
The price is right on this app, and has a lot of low priced DLC to upgrade your experience in the app. This app seems like it has a lot to offer, just needs some polish.

Exhale XR | VR Wellness is a paid VR experience. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok.
You get one free 10 minute video installed with your purchase. Has a lobby that has some places to meditate by and things to play with. There are 52 videos in the DLC list, some are free, download them there. The rest of the DLCs you have to purchase for real money. The 360 videos are supposed to be 4k, per the devs, but the quality of the video is very blurry even with my Index.
CONS: Needs instructions on how to use everything in program and how to meditate for the price of the program.
Maybe buy this on sale, if you are interested in meditation.
I got a free key for this from the Steam Curator program.
