Escape Condition
ESCAPE CONDITION is a time-travel RPG featuring intense First-person Shooter action.
Each day, you will use your time-travel ability to choose between a mission to the past, and a mission to the future. Missions to the past will re-write humanity’s essence in some way, while missions to the future will involve re-progamming the A.I. systems that dictate the course of humanity in the modern day and future.
In addition to the daily mission choices, some missions will feature sub-choices that offer additional variety, encouraging multiple playthroughs to uncover different endings and environments.
The series of missions you complete in ESCAPE CONDITION leads up to your final battle against THE BEAST for control of the world your choices have created.

I'd like to start out with the good. There's a branching arc in how you play depending on the choices you make when it comes to decisions on how you deal with an AI. It's a very cool aspect, and it's the best part of the game.
The gunplay, unfortunately, feels a bit lackluster. While the guns feel alright themselves, the enemies don't really feel like they react to them. It becomes an even bigger problem when you fight enemies that are armored, because it just feels like you're fighting a sponge in a human suit. There's also a surprising lack of ammunition, and the lack of a melee attack outside of a crude wrench/axe attack makes your trek through the level(s) heavily reliant on hoping for the best.
I wasn't able to make it past day 2, or the second set of levels. Too little ammo, floating enemies, and an overall frustration at the sponge-factor of the enemies makes me feel like this is either not quite for me or I'll need to check it much later on in the future.
