1) Realistic physics in "PID mode".
2) Good graphics (but with not so good optimization).
3) Multiplayer, just multiplayer.

5) Some kind of weather (rain, snow, fog, etc.)
6) Challenges (it seems to be short passes for accuracy)
7) Responsiveness of developers.

1) Incomplete replay mode
2) Low performance on some maps and overall optimization (but it is constantly being improved).
3) Bugs with sound.
4) Bug with changing the graphics mode (downscale)
5) Poorly made rain weather (you can have rain even in a closed parking lot and in the basement, there is also no sound of rain)
6) Unrealistic collision system (in most simulators exactly the same)
7) There are few drones (you can't build your own, most simulators don't have such a system, because it's difficult to create)
In general, it's just a simulator, with its own disadvantages and advantages. This project definitely has a perspective, the developers are responsive and take into account the wishes of the players.
In general, the project is still crude, unpopular, without sufficient funding and sponsorship.
Any project that was released just a few months ago was unfinished. It is ok. but I think the developers will be able to finalize this game soon, we just have to wait.
