Surprisingly decent combat and mechanics that is reminiscent of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Very worthwhile for <$5.

Well worth it on sale. Wouldn't have paid full price.
It's fun and fluid and the intro feels nicely paced. Only problem is it introduces traps early only to seemingly forget about them until later leading to a cheap oneshot moment. The weapons aren't really all that varied, and I've fallen into just using one attack that oneshots most enemies which is where it feels most fun.
It feels like there is alot going on and honestly if you got rid of the clunky level up system and simply found the skills like you did the weapons It would feel much more engaging and push exploration more.
Overall though enjoyable, but if you are looking for something more polished, there are other options out there.

I kinda love this game.
It's some of the best First Person Melee I've ever played.
The Music is all excellent!
The Art design is pleasingly stylised.
The level design is either good, or good enough.
The writing and Voice Acting are both fun.
The character progression is a step above bare bones.
Judging weapon ranges doesn't really work in First Person.
The 3rd "Chapter", and the ending are like they're ripped from a different, worse game...

I recommend that every fan of Souls-Like games play this.

quite a good game, more like DOOM than Souls. Fast paced battles and nothing much to say about other area.

DOOM meets Dark Souls.

For the money, a game I really don't mind calling short and sweet.
It's nothing groundbreaking, but its fast and fun with fluid combat. A really fun game to pick up and play through in 2 or 3 sittings without feeling like you have to try get your moneys worth.

Decent first person slasher game. By the time I finished leveling up all the weapons I was a little upset the game was over. Music was tied in nicely, combat felt good although some enemies had annoying mechanics. Nothing game breaking. Overall worth a play through!
