The version available here on Steam does not include any updates or modifications from Earth 2 as yet. However, we invite players to download the free demo version if they wish to begin familiarizing themselves with the game.

DRONE, in its core, is a multiplayer arena shooter. The gameplay is centered around fast paced aerial combat in spectacular scifi arenas. But wait, there is more: Create and manage complex remote controlled battle vehicles that fit your playstyle. Anything from tiny drones that fit through the smallest gaps for stealthy hit and run strategies to tanky behemoths with devastating firepower are possible. What you want to create and how you want to play is up to you! During early access the possibilities will increase frequently, for example ground based vehicles are on our roadmap.
There is also a very powerful arena editor alpha build available to play around with. When all core features of the game are ready the arena editor will be integrated directly into the game, opening up a whole universe of user created content, from the community, for the community.
DRONE is currently in a successful ongoing on-site crowdfunding campaign. We promise to complete the game and we have proven that we have what it takes to do so.
By purchasing the game in early access, you are supporting the development of DRONE and getting the “Traveler” crowdfunding tier unlocked for you. Among other perks, this tier grants you full access to all features as they are developed and, of course, you will have the final game once it’s done.

Not even our scientific progress as such… when the first contact fleet of the Interstellar Committee of Advancement & Integration (ICAI) darkened the skies above the UN headquarters in New York 2137, the motivation for their intervention was clear cut: we were deemed a beast with tools and habits too dangerous to be left alone.
And to a subset of civilizations in the galaxy that meant: READY FOR THE GAME.
Warfare out there had become a regulated affair long ago. A ritual. A kind of sport. A source of entertainment backed by a vast and complex industry. Disputes over resources and territory, even the appropriation of some technology were no longer the subject of messy and uncontrollably destructive conflict. Such commodities would often become the formal prizes of tournaments, fought on a variety of natural and artificial stages all over the galaxy by teams representing companies, nations, a planet, an entire species… or just themselves.

Este juego lo recomiendo.
No es como el robocraft. Las fisicas y los graficos son MUY superiores.
El multijugador es muy divertido, con una gamma inicial de drones a desbloquear que permiten un estilo diferente de juego.
El hecho de poder crear tus propios drones dara un gran nivel de personalizacion una vez se puedan usar en multijugador.
Tambien tiene un creador de mapas muy profesional pero simple.
Problemas o cosas a implementar:
-Al ser un juego en Alpha el juego no esta completo y algunas caracteristicas en el personalizador de drones no salen en algunas armas. Tambien puedes ponerle cañones al dron. Pero aun no esta emplementado el poder disparar-los.
-Los escudos deberian tener una ayuda visual separada a la de la vida total en el hud.
-No se porque existen las baterias si para poder usar el dron tiene que tener una generacion de energia superior al gasto maximo. Y si eso añadir una ayuda visual de la bateria y el uso de energia en el hud. (Maximo, Uso actual, Bateria)
-Si tengo varias armas de diferentes tipos solo puedo disparar 1 tipo a la vez. Se deberia de permitir disparar varios a la vez o poder hacer grupos de armas en 1 tecla o numero. (Con su aumento de calentamiento al usar muchas mas armas)
-Poder hacer rankets con drones personalizados.
-¿Minimapa?

Entretenido, divertido y adictivo. Los drones se manejan fácilmente, y ademas hay una buena variedad de ellos. Eso junto con el editor de drones que te permite crear los tuyos propios hace que las posibilidades sean infinitas.
Estaría bien que más adelante el juego tuviese algún otro modo de juego a parte del duelo por equipos y el todos contra todos. Además las partidas pueden llegar a hacerse algo largas, bajaría un poco el límite de puntos.

No entendi para que sirve crear un dron
no lo podes usar mas que en la prueva
y ademas no tiene una mecanica definida. quiero decir. podes hacer un cubo o una placa que sera lo mismo. resives daño en general y no por partes

This is a very promising game, the early access lets yo usee te potential. I bought it because of the discount to gain followers, and the fact that I can enter a quick round of action because I do not have all the time in the world due to my work and it is not the typical battle royale trend that is so common today. It still has bugs, I have exited the game a few times in the middle of a multiplayer dogfight with no reason. The graphics are very good and the gameplay attracted me because I was a big fan of the granddaddy DESCENT game, so in DRONES the dogfights become very frantic and quite elaborated since the 3D environment lets you slip thru narrow corridors and installations at blazing speeds. The first weekend I played I managed to end mostly n the top 3 ranking, topping at first a couple of times (maybe there were many rookies freshly entering the game). All in all it promises to deliver a varied cornucopia of customization for the drones as you advance and the map crafted by the community will be an interesting thing to check. FINAL NOTE: this game produced me dreams of flying thru the complicated maze of installations and caves. The only games that have produced me such recurring dreams were QUAKE I, DESCENT, and more recently TItanFall 2 which has the same 3D frantic shoot them up.
