The object of the game is to make your pieces constitute a majority of the pieces on the board at the end of the game, by converting as many of your opponent’s pieces as possible.
You can play against a friend or alone in arcade mode with increasing difficulty.
The game will test you tactic skills and entertain you and your friends.
Dominate the board and climb the leaderboard.
Based on an early 90’s game.

Welcome to DOMINATE!
In 1990 a Casual Game called ATAXX was released on the popular Gaming Plattforms AMIGA, C64 and ATARI ST.
It is played on a square playing field. Here, the classic Reversi Game pieces come into play.
The goal is to occupy the most playing fields. Both Players start in the 4 corners of the Game Board.
Step by step, the tiles come onto the field where adjacent stones of the opponent are taken over and replaced with their own color.
If you move only 1 Field, the starting Field remains occupied with your own color, if you jump 2 Fields, even over opposing stones, then the starting field becomes free but of course the destination not.
You play this until the Board is full, or a Player loses all the Stones. When the Field is full, the one with the most Stones wins.
This Reversi and Othello Adaptian like Concept found many Fans and like Solitaire Ataxx got many Followers.
One was DOMINATE in 1993 for Windows.
Now we have 2022 and the Developer eSolutions took on this addicting Board Game. Already published some casual Games, they managed to
transport DOMINATE into today in a good way. Many Levels on different Boards. Nice Graphics and Sounds and fluid Gameplay in a Retro Feeling Way.
To be honest, DOMINATE was one of my first Games on my first PC and i loved it. So i felt very familar playing it today.
A very big thanks to eSolutions for this amazing Timejump, you did a good Job.
If you like Casual Games with an addicting Touch, playing alone or against a Friend, even conquering Leaderboards, then this is for you.

The game you're describing sounds like a classic strategy game with a simple yet engaging premise: dominating the board by converting your opponent's pieces to your own. This concept is reminiscent of many traditional board games like Reversi or Othello, where players compete to control the majority of the board by strategically flipping their opponent's pieces.

Dominate's simple and a lot of fun. It's based on Ataxx, a classic board game on par with checkers, chess, etc. This variant has 8 tiles instead of 7 and a range of layouts for variety. Solo or 2 play.
I'd never played Ataxx or Infection (the original game this is based on) so esolutions' Dominate was a pleasant surprise for me. It's essentially the same game with some extra board layouts for variety and improved AI. It's a hell of a lot of fun and is both solo and 2P ready.
