Dissidia Final Fantasy NT
With the struggle between order and chaos quelled by saviours from beyond, the realm was destined to fade from existence. Instead, an arcane power has breathed new life into it—bestowing these decaying remains with purpose once more. The fight has begun anew, and the world is your arena. Over twenty-four of FINAL FANTASY's most recognisable faces have assembled to take part in interdimensional fisticuffs. Face off against other teams in action-packed, three-on-three melees that require sense as well as strength to win. Each combatant can be one of four types: vanguard, assassin, marksman, or specialist; play off your allies' fighting styles, master the bravery system, and emerge triumphant from the clash of steel and sorcery! In addition to standard battles, there will be skirmishes that employ special rulesets, along with cutscenes that tell the story of this reborn world, the gods that rule it, and the warriors who fight for it.

Lmao, at the time of me writing this review this game has Final Fantasy 11 players in the game. Even still, I play this game as much as I can because I really like it.
If you wanna get in on the niche game that is Dissidia NT, check the community tab for the Discords so you can actually find people that play the game. You can even get the DLCs for free. Don't feel bad about getting them, I blame SE/Koei Tecmo for abaddoning the game. You hear that you bitches?! You screwed Squall with his rework, and I've been out for blood since.

Imagine a scrumptious buffet where "Street Fighter" and "Tekken" are the main courses, but then you spot "Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Free Edition" - the undercooked meatloaf of the bunch.

A very fun game, albeit a bit weird to play on mouse and keyboard but one gets use to it after a while. Honestly this is a game I would play more of if I wasn't already playing FF14, with all the unlockables one can acquire from simply playing the game is a welcomed sight among modern gaming while character cosmetics is locked behind a paywall, and is a bummer to be sure, it's not time-gated so I can go buy them whenever I want.
FFDNT, despite its long name, could have been a Square Enix persistent game with its MOBA style game-play they could have done a lot more like continue adding more maps, characters from previous games and add characters from new games like FF16, sadly it looks like it won't be getting any more updates, but despite that this is still a fun game to play and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to play a pretty casual game to pass the time whether through it's single-player or multiplayer.

It's a one of a kind game that let's you almost fly around with stirring characters that carry rich backstories and use powerful, scintillating abilities with much room for experimentation and perfecting one's approach to enthralling, real-time, 3v3 combat. Enjoy.

Like a bizarre lovechild of Super Smash Bros. and Kingdom Hearts, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Free Edition feels both familiar yet wildly different. The learning curve is steeper than Mount Everest though!

As someone who played both the PSP versions with all my cousins, honestly, one versus one, this game is alright. The dodging seems more like a real fight using swords and shields, and magic. Wish there were more players for this game. What could revive it? I think, we need the items like the PSP again.
And some coop games on the side, like coop story, so some people will come to play the story coop, and then some will check out the versus.
What am I sad about? Jecht. Jecht was always strong in the PSP, my older cousin always destroyed me using Jecht. But am I happy that he is nerfed? No. Because even though Jecht is strong, you still need skill to play him well. Please bring back the OG Jecht. And why is Jecht's charging attack now transferred to Cloud?
Here are all the things I think are better in this game, and what I think is better in the old game.
1. Graphics in this game is better
-Lightning in this game is, wow
-Zidane, one of my favourite characters, looks cool, thief monkey boy
-Jecht, why Jecht look so weird? He doesn't look the same like in the PSP, in PSP his look and his demeanor is so hard, like real tough guy, now he look like he's just trying to look hard... Like Jecht in PSP and Jecht in Dissidia NT don't even look like they are the same race lol. Feel like Jecht in PSP was the same race as Clive from Final Fantasy VI, now, in Dissidia NT he just looks like a badly made Monster Hunter World character.
2.Dodging I think is better in this game
- It's just more like realistic, or fluid, I don't know.
- It's like, something like Ultimate Fighting Champion game, but with swords, and shields, and magic, which, honestly, I like it
3. Blocking is lame
- I much prefer the PSP style block, it's not easy to guess when the opponent will use either a Bravery attack or a HP attack, so having that stagger block is a really nice guessing game
-What I think they could do in this game is, because there can be more elements in this game because of advancement from the PSP days to technology in these days, I think the blocking can be improved, like by causing opponent staggered if we block at the perfect time, while sword that we use to block is at the perfect placement also
4. I think it's better to change this game to 1 versus 1 priority
-I think if everything above is ignored, but this game is just changed to 1v1, it's very fun already. I would categorize this game as something like Tekken or UFC.
-Maybe the 3v3 is okay but we don't give it a chance? Maybe it can be like a MOBA game with multiple elements? Maybe, but I don't know, it's super confusing, when I'm focused on one person and then I get hit with a HP attack that I didn't see. Who knows, maybe I just need more map awareness and try to figure out how to play the 3v3, but I really think the 1v1 is more enjoyable.
5. Attacks, I wish it can be customized like in the PSP
-Only one HP attack right? I wish there was more, it's nice visually to see the characters using different HP attacks, like Jecht using Jecht Blast, or Triumphant Grasp. Or just Ultimate Jecht Shot. And please bring back Jecht combos.
