Dishonored: Death of the Outsider
Take on the role of Billie Lurk (aka Megan Foster), once one of Dunwall's most notorious killers-for-hire. Reunited with your old mentor, the legendary assassin Daud, you undertake the greatest assassination ever conceived: killing the Outsider, a god-like figure whom Billie and Daud see as instrumental to some of the Empire's most dishonorable moments. As you venture deep into the grimiest corners of Karnaca to uncover the mystery of the Outsider and his origins, you will face deadly opposition, ancient powers, and difficult decisions that will forever change the world around you. It is probably the worst Dishonored game, but a solid game overall. The levels are far more linear than anything the series has seen before, there are far less powers and zero upgrades in the game other than bone charms, no chaos system at all, and a reused map from Dishonored 2. It has been stripped to its more barest components. However, because the overall basics of a Dishonored game are fantastic and still there, you can have fun with this incredibly short little romp that should've been DLC for Dishonored 2 as long as you can get it on sale. DO NOT BUY FULL PRICE FOR THIS. Otherwise, fun little game with some new powers and enemies.

If you don't know Dishonored yet, forget this one for now, play the other entries first, then come to it last.
Back to the great city from D2, with the same great gameplay, for what feels like a DLC despite being standalone.
5 chapters, 1 map used twice, and 1 reused from D2, otherwise as beautifully crafted as ever, full of secrets, options, and immersion. 4 powers, given 1 by 1 along the story, no power selection this time around.
Described like that, it might seem a bit short for a full game. Maybe it is. However, side missions add up for quite a bit of content. And the thing is still eminently replayable.
The game has a tendency to crash though, unlike its predecessors. Makes the unskippable series of logos at every launch quite irritating.
I warmly recommend the game. Not the full price.

I enjoyed Dishonored 1 and 2 way more. This basically feels like DLC for Dishonored 2. Pretty good overall though.

I love Dishonored and will always want more. This DLC being no exception. However, this is clearly an expansion of Dishonored 2 that was sold as a standalone game and that just doesn't sit right with me. If you love the series, this is a must play. Again the story telling is a little high school creative writing at times, but the gameplay, graphics, art direction and world building are stop notch. Buy it on sale and have fun. Too short to buy at full price.
