Dis Pontibus 2 is a single-player puzzle game set in a procedurally-generated archipelago.
In this sequel to the first adventure, you are tasked with helping the archipelago’s inhabitants by repairing their bridges, pushing and/or rotating their platforms.
But platforms are more fragile in this world! You can move them only a limited number of times.
Each game will be a different experience, with simple mechanics but very challenging gameplay.

Just like the first game, this still has incredibly high quality procedural generated puzzles.
This has it's own twists on the bridge moving mechanics. The move limit per platform helps to keep the solutions concise, so it's much easier to reason about it, although they can still get incredibly tricky.
Notable is that by simply getting across you will get access to more puzzles, but to complete a puzzle you'll have to form an unobstructed path from one side to the other. Giving you kind of a sub-goal of just getting across first. This lenient way of unlocking puzzles also means that there are many more puzzles to choose from at any point, if you get stuck at a particular tricky one.
The people running around and the randomly generated megaliths are a nice touch, but the impressive endless puzzles is what's interesting.

A brilliant puzzle game with great replayability.
Compared to the prequel this is a great update, keeping the puzzles within a scope that is reasonable yet still challenging.
This absolutely deserves more love.

Great game. Though puzzles are proceduraly generated, they feel designed. Recommended for any puzzle fan.

I usually play a bit longer before a review, but this wonderful puzzle game needs more reviews now and I can easily see myself playing this again and again. The puzzles are short, clever and fun. The little islanders add nice ambience and cheer you on. The victory-dance for every established bridge (=solved puzzle) is just cute and adds to the positive mood.
