Derpy Dino is a game where you play as a dinosaur. It’s a 2D survival game, where you try to dodge falling meteors. Your goal in the game is to survive as long as possible. While you play you can see for how long you have survived by looking at the timer. If a meteor hits you, you die and you can try again. The game features a cartoony, colorful style and a unique soundtrack.
The game is only playable on keyboard/mouse.

Derpy Dino is a simple but addictive little time-eater — perfect for chasing highscores or zoning out for a few runs. The pixel art and music are adorably charming, and while the gameplay loop is basic, it nails that “just one more try” vibe.
That said, it definitely feels like a mobile game at times. It could really benefit from a richer menu, new modes, or extra variety to keep things fresh after a while. The difficulty can spike unfairly when meteorites fill the whole screen, but that’s part of the chaos (and charm).
Overall, it’s a cute, frustratingly fun little arcade game that’s easy to pick up, hard to master, and perfect for a few minutes (or hours) of distraction.
