A pretty nice game, but nothing outstanding.
Everything about the game is very average, although not in a boring way.
It's fun, interesting, and enjoyable to play through.
However, while I was experiencing joy playing it, the whole plot isn't that special and is easily forgettable.
The one drawback I have to point out is the unresponsive controls.
They're mostly just annoying, but there's a specific bossfight with Niel, where it makes the game just putrid ass.

This is great RPG maker game. Gustav always puts out unique experiences that are always a treat to play. Looking forward to future games, especially Potato Survival 2. Keep up the good work Gustav.

WARNING: if you're playing this for the first time, don't play it on max difficulty (one hit death) like I did. The unreliability of the combat made it very frustrating. I still managed to beat it, but it took many, many deaths. Also, it appears to supports controller, but doesn't seem to have a button for combat stance. So you'll need to use keyboard, or Joy2Key.
I bought this on sale. Like the dev's previous game Tide Up (which I haven't played yet) this looks quite different from RPGMaker games I've played before, so I was curious to try it and see how different. It's much more akin to a Survival Horror game than a regular RPG. It's obvious that the dev really pushed the engine to its limits, which is quite impressive to me.
Anyway, it was interesting and I enjoyed it. Great presentation, atmosphere, etc. The only really bad things are the jankiness of the combat, which is presumably forgivable outside of max difficulty (because you can heal) and as others have said, the story is a little lacking, particularly in the endings (in my opinion). It's also a somewhat short game, which I don't mind because I got it at half price.
Note that I didn't use one of the major upgrade systems which would've made combat much easier, because I thought it may affect the ending. It seems like upgrading does not actually affect the endings.
+ Interesting, entertaining story. Likable characters.
+ Great presentation, nice atmosphere.
- Combat is a little janky, eg. attacking too fast will randomly whiff, and hitboxes feel iffy.
- Story is just fine, it's not amazing or life-changing. Endings may leave you unsatisfied.
- It feels like there are some minor problems with the English translation here and there.

Although the story is left to be desired, the overall game is pretty alright. The only thing that I didn't like is the combat.

The game is alright. Best parts were Ceena and the secret end.
Ceena's the GOAT. Do it for Korea.

Short but enjoyable!
