Hope’s Peak Academy is home to Japan’s best and brightest high school students—the beacons of hope for the future. But that hope suddenly dies when Makoto Naegi and his classmates find themselves imprisoned in the school, cut off from the outside world and subject to the whims of a strange, murderous little bear named Monokuma. He pits the students against each other, promising freedom to anyone who can murder a fellow classmate and get away with it.
It’s up to you to find out who Monokuma really is, and why you’ve been taken from the world you once knew. But be careful what you wish for—sometimes there’s nothing more deadly than the truth…
Key Features

ps. 2 CZEMU ZA KAŻDYM RAZEM JAK WIDZE BYAKUYE TO MI STAJE CZY JESTEM GEJEM?

Give this game some time to grow on you.
The introduction is quite long, so you definitely need to be patient at the beginning. The protagonist also has a tendency to go on long explanations about things that are pretty obvious, which can get a little annoying. But honestly, I guess that's part of the visual novel experience.
This is a detective game, and I absolutely loved it. I've never really played this type of game before, but I found it surprisingly satisfying. If you actually pay attention to what is happening and remember even the general details of the events, you can sometimes figure out the entire case before the actual investigation even begins. There is something incredibly satisfying about coming up with a theory and then finding out whether you were right or completely wrong.
The one thing that REALLY annoyed me, though, is the class trial system. Even when I already know everything about the case what happened, how it happened, and who the culprit is I still have to go through these sections where I have to pick bullets and shoot at the correct answers. I would much rather have a system based purely on facts and counterarguments, without the time pressure and the need to interpret what exactly the protagonist or another character is trying to imply.
That being said, this is still a fantastic game. Creating your own theories and seeing whether they actually hold up is incredibly fun.
You also need to give the game a chance to develop. The first part is mostly spent explaining how everything works, introducing the school and the characters, and setting up the whole situation. Once you get past the first murder, things become really interesting. And by Chapter 3, there is basically no boredom at all the game had me hooked the entire time.
Definitely worth giving it a chance if you enjoy mysteries, visual novels, and trying to figure things out before the game tells you the answer.
