I really liked this game, and I'm glad it's now part of my collection. Now, some people are comparing this game to AAA titles and criticizing it; however, just because something is realistic does not mean it is fun to play; this game demonstrates that arcade psychics can create truly chaotic and enjoyable moments, particularly in a vehicular destruction game. We shouldn't compare pears to apples, as each has its own unique taste and qualities.
That being said, the game's main drawback is that it offers only four cars and eight tracks (five for "racing" and three arenas). Now that I understand it, the game is pricey since it was developed by a single individual, but this does not explain the lack of material in the game. To make a game replayable, especially one as pricey as this one, some effort is required.
I would recommend buying it on sale.

First of all, devs, please don't stop making games, especially like this!
This little game got me hooked the moments I knew I was playing a Demolition Derby game but made today...I just had a blast going through the career and doing all the gold medal missions. What can I say, I love to destroy stuff and had so much fun with the driving model & physics and the way the damage works(kind of a funny, gimmicky way).
Only way I could see this game being perfect is to have some sort of boost/nitrous & faster cars as rewards or cheat codes. But, who knows, maybe the next game will have something like it or in an update? I definitely recommend this!
