I've been playing this game since alpha as a tester and have watched it grow from the ground up. I can honestly say it's a game that is made with heart and the dev takes on feedback all the time to make improvements.
Cosmic Strike has everything you expect from a space combat game, with new stuff being added all the time. The higher levels are extremely fun and often a challenge. It's forgiving where it needs to be and let's players choose their own pace. Lots of options to totally overpower your ship and feel like a badass.
Obviously, the game isn't complete yet and could do with more story and something to feel like you're working towards but I believe that's coming in later updates and I'm looking forward to where that goes. For now, it's a fun, low stakes game for chilling out at the end of the day and letting off steam.
