Remember those little top down 2D games 10 years ago where you had to park a car neatly in each level and where each level got a little harder than the last?
Well Car Parking Simulator VR is basicly that but that in VR, and it is very entertaining.
Watch my first gameplay here:
In the game you will therefore have to drive your vehicle correctly in order to reach your reserved parking without scratches or dents,
More than 40 levels spread over several locations help with parking insight, and quite similar to real-life parking.
According to your driving behavior you will get a certain score and based on the total score that you get with all levels you can unlock new vehicles, even an F1 car!
In addition to the levels where you have to park, there is also a free mode where you can drive around a city, whether or not you park there or not, you are free to do so,
this free mode also has a lot of activities to offer, even racing,
what I liked the most about these activities was the taxi mode where you have to pick up and drop off passengers,
I loved this because the gameplay is similar to the classic Crazy Taxi game,
around you in the city, based on the color of the waiting passengers, you will be able to choose between customers who need a long or short distance,
and then you also have a matching timer that counts down and you have to deliver the passenger on time,
to orient you you also have the arrow in view that rotates to point you in the right direction non-stop,
the game also has some radio stations in the car but unfortunately no punk rock station that could bring the 'Crazy Taxi VR' experience a little closer.
The use of the cars also feels very stable and smooth, you will also have to shift manually and take into account sensors that warn you when you are too close to an object.

I absolutely love this! I'm a delivery driver and for some reason I still want to drive when I get home.
The feeling of being inside the first car in the game, is similar to driving to work in my Vauxhal Insignia.
I love the work that's been done so far.
What strikes me initially that I'd like to change, is that to change gearstick positions you have to release the controller button, then press it again - which means you can't change gears from say Drive to Park in "one fell swoop". That annoys me.
The radio buttons are very basic (but work perfectly). It would be great if you could listen to your own music as the stock music is a bit crappy, but good enough to be going on with.
The feeling of using your mirrors is excellent, as is the reverse parking sensor - as someone who spends most of his life driving, I can attest to.
I would really like the ability to get out of the car and see how close I am to certain things - or at least have some type of floating camera perspective......birds' eye view or something....which does bugger the point of the game I suppose.
The steering wheel is spot on, looks and feels great but I think you need to be able to rotate it further. I could understand why it's got restricted rotation but I'd change it for when I'm doing one-handed turns; especially reversing.
The graphics are cartoony and cute, I like the little animals that you can see.
I hope the developers keep improving it because I absolutely love it - it's so comfortable to sit in, that I would happily sit there and listen to music, or watch a video "in the car".
That would be lovely. To have a nice scene maybe in the rain, or next to the ocean, or a city scene beside a nice looking bar, where you park up to just chill and listen to music. I'd love that.
I absolutely love the fact that this game is for you to play at your own pace, and it's not full of hoop-la-dee-doo. You're not getting bombarded with a load of noise and visuals.
You're just practising and enjoying driving, and getting better at it.
As soon as I saw the advert for it, I was excited to play it. Now I've played it I'm not disappointed.
Well done!

This took me back to when i was a small kid, i used to play a lot of car parking games on mobile back then and always wondered how it would be when youre actually inside, well now i know it thanks to this beatiful game. The settings are really good for its type and easy to drive. The graphic also look really cool (especially the city in city mode) and little details like the window really feels amazing. I also like the fact that the creators are really friendly.
This became one of my favourite vr games in just 1 hour and deserves a 10/10

This is a very fun game with a very simple concept - park your car. The controls take a little getting used to since you're not holding onto an actual wheel, but once you get accustomed to it it's pretty enjoyable. The game gets pretty challenging as you progress, with later levels having overly tight maneuvering spaces and more obstacles.
Compared to the Quest version, this isn't just a port - A lot of levels were redesigned to be more challenging and add more obstacles. The graphics and larger city are also a significant improvement over the Quest version.

One of the most relaxing games I've played. The driving physics are really good, and that you can pick different cars to drive is really neat to. One thing that they could change and/or add is better hand physics, because sometimes my hands get stuck to the wheel, and I have to grip and then ungrip the wheel multiple times for the one hand to come off. They could also add a multiplayer, so you could drive around with friends and have races with each other. More stuff they could add are more cars, for example a Lambo and more racecars, and more open world maps to drive in, for example country roads, or a suburb. Other than the hand issue, it is still one of the most relaxing VR games I have ever played.

I really loved the scene and the physics.
I loved how the developers have made the windows, radio buttons of the car interactable.
The steering and car turning were in sync, so it felt realistic.
The game was working without lag on my laptop with the following specs: GTX1060, 8GB RAM, i5 7th gen.
I hope to see more levels and better gameplay in the upcoming updates.
