Camp Laughter

Oh wow...add a "S" in front of "laughter" and it really changes huh?
MIND: BLOWN.
Your Summer camp has not one, but SEVERAL killers on the prowl! GET OUTTA THERE!
The game has...I guess four?...decent sized zones, and a buncha people who want you dead. You have no flashlight, and medpacks are limited...but there are TV's every so often that can save your progress.
The zones are:
Zone 1: Forest/camp.
The Deer guy hunts you here. He's scattered a bunch of hard-to-see traps on the ground...get caught in one, and you'll not only alert him, but you'll be unable to jump until you use a medpack.
You have to find gas, fill up a generator, and then run to the underground elevator to escape.
Zone 2:
Cave. It appeared to be a labyrinth...but honestly, my gamer-sense was impeccable here, and I found the way out very quickly. if there were secrets/enemies down here, I missed them completely.
Zone 3: Manor.
A grief-stricken couple mourns their lost child here...by killing everyone who comes by!
You have to find 3 certain objects to unlock the exit, while avoiding the couple.
The father is shy, and will slow down if you stare at him...but the mother will CHARGE if you stare at her...They each patrol a different area, so you don't have to deal with them both at once.
Zone 4: To the docks.
...RUN FOOL!!!
Each baddie has unique sounds to alert you if they're near, You can tell pretty accurately where they are by them.
They're all aggressive, but outrun-able...provided you don't run out of stamina. Areas are large and usually have several places to duck in/around, although there aren't any normal "hiding spots" like lockers and such, there are a few spots where they can't follow you.
There aren't too many "Jumpscares", the spookies mostly come from trying to listen for, and escape from the bads.
The game both looks and sounds great, and I encountered no problems to speak of.
...I can't readily think of any nitpicks, or things I'd change...that's rare for me.
I won in a little over an hour, with 0 deaths, but I played very cautiously...so you can probably win in less.
This is really well done! I had a lot of fun, and have no complaints!
It's just what I was looking for this evening, a fun horror with a nice style, to play through in one go.

It's a short distraction that won't really challenge you much (I got a free pass on the whole first section because the killer got stuck on the stairs), but it's fun for what it is. There was one moment toward the very end that actually made me jump. I knew something was behind me, just not so close. Making me jump with these graphics is impressive to me. And it's got kind of a sense of humor. Nothing groundbreaking. But while I won't say too much more than this, the part where you pick up the map legit made me chuckle a little.
Ultimately, it's free. So if you have an hour or so to kill, you don't have much to lose. I did have one bug where the interact button just stopped working, but when I restarted I found that I only had about 8 minutes left in the game anyway, so it's all good.

Super fun! Can't wait to see what else these guys do with some time and experience under their belt.

Really good horror game. Lots or running and some good jump scares

Before I played Camp Laughter, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
