About the GameZip, sneak, and stab your way through a heart-pounding dystopia filled with evil robots! What began as a cost-cutting strategy has spiraled out of control, and now it’s up to you to save humanity from being optimized out of existence.
Budget Cuts Ultimate is the essential VR action stealth game, containing all previously released games and content updates.
- Seamlessly play through all 13 levels in the main story of both Budget Cuts 1 and 2, with over 10 hours of stealth stabbing action!
- Mutators allow you to customize your gaming experience with everything from Infinite Stabby Crystals, Locomotion Preferences, Gravity Settings, Bullet Time and “Paltkoma” mode (if you know you know).
- Arcade mode includes a local high score system, 5 replayable levels, 3 difficulty settings, and a “budget calculator” scoring system that will show you how much money your mission has cost, spending less money is better!
- Discover and take advantage of the many weapons throughout the game from knives, bow and arrows, grenades and blunt force coffee cups (among other throwable objects to help you create *distractions* for a quick getaway!)
As your last human co-worker is hauled away, a mysterious briefcase from someone on the outside is delivered to your desk. You need to get to the bottom of what is going on at TransCorp.
Sneak around enemy robots by climbing through air ducts and service tunnels, or embrace violence by unleashing a fistful of knives, quivers of arrows, grenades, and coffee mugs onto their unsuspecting circuits. Once you’ve completed your mission, test your skills in the arcade with multiple modes, difficulty levels, and scoring.

This game shows its age as a compilation of a game from 2018 and its 2019 sequel, but the gameplay is excellent. Tight responsive controls. Adding full locomotion does make the game much easier, but in hectic moments, I still found myself teleporting to get out of danger quickly.
It's a fun (mostly) stealth game that doesn't take itself too seriously (the sense of humor is on point) and doesn't overstay its welcome. Quality singleplayer games are hard to come by in VR nowadays, so this is worth a look if you're looking for one.

Budget Cuts Ultimate is all the content of Budget Cuts 1 + 2 with the free Adam Isolation update being extended to the base game, do I recommend it yes, ONLY if you're new to the franchise or want to support the developers for their incredible work

It's a decent VR stealth game. Very simplistic, there's very little to this game outside of that. Weapon selection is a bit underwhelming as well, but it works.
It is a bit pricey though for what it is. I beat it in 6 hours.
There are collectibles, "nightmare mode" and arcade levels with (local only?) leaderboards if you are into that sort of thing.
Item holding interaction is a bit wacky on Index controllers, it not using the grip at all which also limits when you can do with the stuff you pick up.
Some achievements are either broken or are extremely annoying to get.

One of the most underrated VR games I have ever played, I barley hear anybody talk about this game but it's super fun and has some amazing twists and turns story wise. The Villains are also very good, ADAM from HR being one of the scariest VR enemies I have ever faced in any VR Game.

One of the VR's must-have games. It may look like a simple game but it's more challenging than you think, where you try to find your way out in large office rooms while facing the ennemies. You should get a 10+ hour experience with the arcade mode and doing fun achievements. It was a good deal to buy it under 20€ !

This game is pretty fun, nightmare mode works in the first half of the game now with this ultimate version. I'd still buy them separately though, ultimate has more optimizations which makes the game very buggy at times. At one point in the game (don't remember where) you had to use your teleporter to go up though a hole in the ceiling, but the room above wasn't loading in properly because of the optimizations. Sometimes objects and enemies will also just disappear if you teleport with them, put them down, walk away and walk back which is really annoying and why I still prefer playing the Budget Cuts 2 version of the second half of the game. Considering the game hasn't been updated in 2 years though I doubt this will be fixed, I just hope they don't try to bring over the optimizations are ruin the 2nd game. I still recommend this game because it's a nice way to play both games and the menu looks very nice, I just wish those issues would be fixed or have a toggle for the optimizations.
