A very interesting game in the indie genre. In it you play as a dog, and you need to collect all the bones. The game is very similar to mario. I liked the game, I recommend it to fans of mario.

Brave Doggy Quest is a simple, unpretentious, fun 2D platformer.

Of the hundreds of few platformer games I have played, and of the thousands of hours I have in this game, no game has quite peaked my adrenaline as Brave Doggy Quest.
It's an incredibly fun game which follows a dog jumping around platforms collecting bones for points, and reaching the final ribcage to progress to the next level.
The progression really feels alive, as each level gets harder and harder than the last. The game feels insanely responsive, with its classic approach on the platformer genre.
You press up, and you go up. You press left or right and my god you go left or right. But this game takes it a few steps backwards, with its revolutionary and inconsistent wall jump mechanic. Go up to a wall mid-air, and simply jump off.
You may think that it's bad for the wall jumping to be inconsistent, but actually, it couldn't be more real. Try and perform a wall jump in real life, I bet you can't replicate the same jump 2 times in a row. Purposeful mechanics such as this make this game a true blast to play.
But it doesn't end there, this game has its own unique approach to visual story-telling. It's obvious what the story is on a first glance, Aliens have taken the family of this dog and it's trying its hardest to collect the bones of his family. The point system obviously representing his satisfaction as he creeps closer to avenging his family.
The game takes this visual-storytelling and goes even further. The background of the game is a simple, it's an absurdly stretched silhouette of multiple green trees over a horizon of hills.
This obviously represents the desolation of this cruel world, showing a wide and empty space with nothing but our main character, aliens, and the floor below them (which is floating, clearly because aliens can shift gravity and what-not).
The connotations of a wide and empty space perfectly portrays the loneliness of a dog trying to avenge his family. It gets sadder then that however, we see that this dog is wearing a collar: This means that this dog is holding onto whatever hope he may have for this journey, dawning the only thing he has that reminds him of his family, apart from bones.
We can go further then that. While jumping in the game, you might notice that the dogs feet are cut out by 3 or 4 pixels. Any ordinary common-folk may see this and assume that it's bad sprite design, but they couldn't be more wrong.
It's a masterpiece of visual-storytelling, telling us that this dog has been on this journey for a long time. and obviously being a bipedal dog, means that his feet are worn and damaged.
The many aliens we see in the game also tell their own story, trying to throw tiny rocks towards the direction of the dog. It's obvious that they're trying to claim Earth as their own, so they go through the efforts of using Earths own materials to kill the last being still standing.
It's also completely obvious that these are aliens because they're pink, which is an uncommon color to come across in nature. To go even further beyond, the games description also labels them as "mysterious creatures". The sheeple may fall for their delusions, but they can't pull the wool over my eyes. Those are aliens.
The pixel ratio and design of all the assets in the game look entirely inconsistent, as if they took them from an asset pack. You may think this is bad, but it's not like painters feel responsible for stealing the colors that someone else named. This game is obviously a take on plagiarism, judging by this inconsistency in art style and animation.
Overall, the visual story-telling of this game has me believe that this game is by far the best platformer game on steam. No one can prove me wrong. A controversial masterpiece of a game this is.
the menu buttons barely work at all because of the resolution
