Boxing Apocalypse

Great game, if easy and normal are to easy, insane will have you working up a sweat waiting for the right time to strike, strategy and combos are the way to push forward. the iconic feel of wii's boxing transitions to a whole new level in the PVP arena where only fighting with everything you have leads to victory.
Treat the PVE as practice for PVP.

As someone who was not originally a fan of VR, this game really took me by surprise. When I first saw the title I expected something like Wii Sports boxing, but this definitely exceeds that. The game encourages you to actually throw combinations like an actual boxer. As someone who actually boxes for fun, it felt really cool throwing combinations that I practice at the gym at all these aliens. Even if you're not a boxer, the satisfaction you get from hitting these enemies and dodging their attacks can't be beat. And before you ask, yes, I did work up a sweat from playing this game and it felt great.
I think the thing that is really going to make this game thrive in the VR community is the PVP. You mean to tell me that I can fight my friends without worrying of getting hurt in the process? Like....actually fight them?! Sign me up! TODAY!
This game brings together the complexity of boxing with the technology of VR in the best way and I love it. So if you are into fighting, intense VR games, or just want to punch something without facing any consequences, I think you should give this game a whirl.

Single player is decent in this game but don't just buy it to play that. Multiplayer is where this game is the most fun and they even have a discord for setting up fights with people. I think with more focus on the mutliplayer aspect this game could become a great pvp game with the timing you need to land good combos without taking them yourself.

To be frank, this game is awesome. I'm so used to playing beat em up games where I control some character and fight a bunch of grunts. Now I get to actually play in the character's shoes! The fighting is tight and the way the aliens respond to my hits is really cool. I can't wait to fight actual people in PVP!

If you love hitting aliens in the face, you'll love Boxing Apocalypse. The atmosphere is amazing! The gameplay is addicting! You'll be burning more calories here than at the Gym! I recommend it to anyone who love to work out and relieve some stress. Have some fun and knock out those aliens!

Online VR boxing is pretty cool! Takes some practice getting the controllers down, but when you do it feels great. The game takes a spin on boxing, giving you tools and shields which you can activate. If you block a punch with your shield, the opponent can't hit you with that hand for a couple of seconds(? I have no idea of time while blocking punches).
If you only played the single player on this, get on the discord and hook up a fight.
If you haven't even played the single player, why are you still reading? Get on it :)
The developer is also a good sport, and destroyed my face completly when challenged to a fight. Would do again.

Not a lot of PVP vr fighting games around at the moment so it's excellent to see another contender. Excited to see what the future holds for this title.
