Borderlands

Borderlands ist ein sehr gelungener Mix aus Shooter und Rollenspiel, der auch heute noch Spaß macht. Die Kombination aus comicartigem Grafikstil, abgedrehtem Humor und einem riesigen Waffenarsenal hebt es von vielen anderen Spielen ab. Das Levelsystem motiviert, und die verschiedenen Charakterklassen bieten unterschiedliche Spielweisen, sodass es sich auch mehrfach durchspielen lässt. Besonders im Koop mit Freunden entfaltet das Spiel sein volles Potenzial – hier kann man stundenlang gemeinsam looten, leveln und lachen. Die Welt ist zwar rau und stellenweise etwas leer, aber charmant inszeniert. Technisch läuft es stabil, und trotz seines Alters fühlt es sich nicht veraltet an. Für Fans von actionlastigem Gameplay mit einem Schuss Wahnsinn auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

I finally finished it and I'm incredibly happy about it. The game itself actually distracted me quite well, and I had a lot of fun with it. I even met new people, which I found really wholesome. Unfortunately, there are so many things about this game that annoyed me. All the DLCs bored me or annoyed me a lot. But if you ignore them, I actually had a lot of fun with Borderlands. ^^ I mean, the game is old, but if you're interested in the Borderlands games, I can definitely recommend it. Let's say it's a solid 7/10.

Der beginn von etwas wo man gedacht hat man kann es nicht Kombinieren Loot und Shooter, nach all denn Jahren ist es doch noch erstaunlich gut Spielbar (man merkt zwar das Alter) aber dennoch besser als so manche AAA Games die Heutzutage raus kommen und schrecklicher aussehen als das. Empfehlen würde ich dieses Spiel absolut (auch um denn Looter Tick zu befriedigen) :)

It's Borderlands, it's just amazing... and after 15 years in... it's still amazing!

Borderlands is a nice game that blends first-person shooting with RPG elements in a fun and unique way. Its distinctive cel-shaded art style, humor, and loot-driven gameplay make it stand out from other shooters. The game’s open-world exploration, combined with its vast array of weapons and gear, creates an experience that is both engaging and addictive.

The story is entertaining, with memorable characters and plenty of humor that provides a lighthearted touch to the game’s chaotic world. As you progress through the game, you’ll encounter various enemies, bosses, and missions that keep the action fresh and exciting.

The RPG elements, including leveling up, skill trees, and loot drops, add a satisfying layer of depth, giving you plenty of reasons to continue progressing and improving your character. The cooperative multiplayer is a major highlight, as teaming up with friends to take on missions and explore Pandora is a blast.

Das Verhältnis von Charakterspiel und eine SciFi Welt fasziniert . Auch die Spieldynamik mit den Vielen Waffen aber auch Schildsytemen ist gut. Für mich immer wieder ein Erlebnis.
