CAN I TEST THE GAME BEFORE THE MAIN STORY?
This game contains a training section (solo player) to familiarize yourself with the controls and basic mechanics. It usually takes about an hour to complete. This allows you to check if the game works properly on your computer, and to see if you like it at all. The story part is only playable with a Steam Friend who also owns the game.
ABOUT THE DIFFICULTY
- The game relies on investigation and the difficulty varies mainly with the amount of information you collect: the less you have, the more difficult it becomes
- For the sake of your own immersion, hints are incorporated in the environment and nothing is explicitly displayed on the HUD: this requires observation and reading
- Some situations require strategic analysis: choose your tactics carefully, certain choices can sometimes make situations more difficult than they are
ABOUT CO-OP LAN
The local mode is not a split screen mode, since the two players have strictly different points of view, it is played separately on two computers, like an internet game but on the local network.
ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL MODES
- Clock mode (speedrun): accurately measure the time it takes to complete the operation, ideal for speedrun
- USAC Real mode (permadeath): the failure is fatal, if you fail the operation, you start again from the beginning, ideal for those who are looking for a real challenge

all usac code breach asks of you is a combination of reading comprehension and observational skills topped off with efficient communication, and will filter you hard if you lack any or all of those things. it presents you with actual challenges and doesn't patronise you through them — there's little room for error and it's up to you to learn from mistakes, which is exactly how a good game should be
this is a co-op puzzle shooter done right, on top of being graphically beautiful and story-rich. just about makes up for being french

I don't understand why more people don't know about this game. It is downright amazing. There are some difficult parts, but nothing is too ridiculous. It's a good mix of puzzle and action.
First tried this game in 2023 and my boyfriend (now husband) and we couldn't get past this one speed section. Tried it again in 2025 and finished it in one sitting with him. 1000% recommend!

So if you can't handle the Myst franchise, lack an attention span or are embody the stereo type gen z is labeled with.. this game isn't for ya sorry.
It is a Co - Op puzzle game. It might be one of the few games on steam that actually mean the tags they display on steam.
The game very much needs you to have a partner you can work with. This is not a game to play with some rando who can't communicate or work with you.
It takes elements from old puzzle solving games and does light moderizations.
Negative reviews are mostly people expecting this to be like the SCP games where its an action packed run and gun. This is not that kind of game. Go slow let your infiltrator breach and clear rooms.
We're currently half way in and I hope this game keeps it's quality all the way through.

You will end up in arguments with your teammate but that comes with the biggest satisfactions after solving the puzzles.

I bought this game on a whim with a friend and was unexpectedly sucked into 9 hour journey that left us both at a loss for what to do with ourselves once it was over.
The devs nailed the atmosphere and music, and the symbiotic gameplay with your duo makes for a fun time some good memories. I can’t wait to see if they come out with a sequel.

this game is great, BUT doesn't hold your hand in the slightest from the beginning it is a true puzzle that will leave you wondering what you can even do next 10/10 recommend!
