In Honkai: Star Rail, during the initial story quests, you will have to fight a powerful enemy who is guarding a luxurious chest. While you can avoid the battle, you will miss out on a lot of useful items, including Star Jade. Beginning
The beginning of the Pioneer's story takes place on the space station "Herta," where he becomes familiar with the game mechanics and conventions, fights monsters, and makes new friends who will accompany him on his difficult journey through the vast expanses of the Universe.
The space station "Herta" is divided into several zones:
- Main control zone.
- Base zone.
- Storage zone (floors 1-3).
- Support zone (floors 1-2).

When you get to this location, your hero's level may be too low to defeat the Ranger and his guards. But there is a way to defeat them at this stage.
Since completing previous quests and inspecting chests has given you materials to level up your heroes, we recommend upgrading the following characters:
- Pioneer;
- March 7;
- Dan Heng.
Beginning of the battle
Before starting the battle, it is important to have charged ultimate abilities, especially the "Freezing Beauty" ability of the character March 7, which allows you to freeze enemies for a while. In addition, it is recommended to use the trial hero Himiko to attack the Ranger, weaken his entourage, and deal significant damage at the beginning of the battle.
Start by using a shield on March 7, as she will be the first target of the enemies. If she dies, you will not be able to protect the other heroes and will risk losing the battle quickly.
The main enemy has a large amount of health, so it is important to focus your attacks on him. Also, don't forget to use Himiko's additional ability "Victorious Charge," which activates a combat drone after defeating three monsters and deals significant damage to all enemies.
If the void ranger uses an additional action against one of the pioneers, attack him with strong strikes to cancel his attack and temporarily stop the monster. Remember to continue applying shields to vulnerable characters and attacking the Ranger.
