- Attack any PIDF guard to obtain a "Wanted" status.
- This is easiest from the Small Settlement fast travel point on the plateaus west of Grassy Behemoth Hills.
- Fast travel to the Rayne Syndicate Tower and engage in battle with the boss.
- Do not attack Zoe and Grizzbolt.
- Evade the PIDF guards that spawn in the tower, lure them into shooting at Grizzbolt instead.
- When Grizzbolt turns away from their gunfire and stops attacking, throw a Pal Sphere at its back.
It's important to note that the "capture rate" remains at 0% during this process because, according to the game rules, bosses are not supposed to be capturable. However, using this exploit allows you to successfully add Zoe and Grizzbolt to your group of Pals.
