Sometimes i queue up just to reminisce about the old days, and even though I know there will be no one else in the championship league that never resets, I'll spend half an hour searching for games before leaving. I miss it so much.

I'm just here to say I am still mad they let this game die. Time did not heal this wound. My rage is an eternal flame.
Battlerite - 10/10
Stunlock Studios - poop/10

Battlerite, I know it's been like 4 years now but I miss you buddy. My friends miss you, my enemies miss you, strangers miss you. I know there's no chance of you existing at a time like now, where corporations would probably murder a smaller dev just to have a chance at a successful live-service PvP "hero" moba-like game. Just had to pay my respects.
With a heavy heart,

I never found another game that scratched the same itch as this one did. A shame that it got abandoned by the developers.

If you haven't played this game in its heyday, then no review will ever be able to capture even a slither of its former glory.
You clicked, and were ready to rumble. Action-packed, adrenaline rushing, smooth movements, hero combos and builds really demanding that you master said hero; and once you did, you would reap the fruits of your labour, by defeating people 1vs2, or even 1vs3 (after your team had been long dead).
Even when the timer went beyond zero, and "all around you is lava" (area damaging you if you stepped outside a specific region), you would still stay glued to the screen, until the last men standing battled it out 'til their very last breath. Only one would win.
I'm glad (and lucky) I had the chance to experience this game.
It literally was cocaine in digits and pixels.

Legendary game. Superwell balanced. Combacks were frequent. Even basic attacks are skillshots. u had to be there. Game died because lack of proper monetization.

God this game was so good. I was at a time in my life where my leauge addiction was at its peak and this game got me out of it. I am pretty sure everyone knows that the move to the battle royal version was a huge mistake, and with thier new game V rising already being out for some time, I doubt they will ever come back to this game. I am surprised they are even keeping the servers running at this point. I wish they would bring this game back.
