About the GameSet during what the historian Antony Beevor called "Hitler’s Last Gamble", Battle of the Bulge provides an immersive experience on a tactical/operational level, putting the player in command of the Allies or the German forces fighting each other in several scenarios in one of the most brutal and wild environments of Western Europe: the snow-covered forest of the Ardennes!
Command infantry, mechanized and armoured units in hard fights through the various phases of the offensive, taking into account the nature of the terrain and its effects on the assailants and defenders.
You don’t only have to face a direct military confrontation, you have to learn how to manage your supply routes, being careful not to rely on easy solutions! A quick breakthrough into enemy lines could lead your units being isolated with a high risk of being outflanked by enemy counterattacks!
Time will be another factor not to underestimate. In Battle of the Bulge, scenarios have a time limit with several "semi-historical" events affecting your conduct of operations in different ways.
Take control of iconic elite units on both sides, such as the 101 Airborne Division or the Kampf Gruppe Peiper, and replace the losses on the hottest spots of the frontline!
Challenge Bradley, Dietrich, von Rundstedt and other historical commanders with an ad hoc re-written AI -each with different play styles to choose!
Alternatively try to outsmart your friends – whatever their favourite gaming platform – in simple multiplayer encounters or test your skills with the new Tournament feature, providing infinite replay value to the game!

Pues ha pasado mucho tiempo y el juego esta guapardo. Es elegante, visualmente atractivo y lo mas importante, un sistema de juego muy interesante. Mas de esto, por favor.

The game is very dynamic, like a blitz chess match, but at the same time very deep. I only play strategy games, and I keep asking myself how so many incompetent games survive on the market while games like this have been left to die. This game has incredible flow and playability. It’s true that it’s only in English, but if you convert the manual files and historical files to plain text you can translate them into any language, so anyone can play and, from inside the game, clear up any rules questions and read the historical background in their own language.
It has a few changes compared to its predecessor, Battle of the Bulge, but it’s practically the same system. Playing both is like playing both fronts of World War II. There are still players who connect online to play: you just create two games, one with each side, and in a short time you’ll be playing. The same happens with Bulge. There’s a reason this game appeared on so many platforms: its gameplay really hooks fans of this kind of WW2 game.
They should have kept producing other battles with this system and recreating the most important events of WW2. The original developers are gone, but the game has a new owner who focuses on other titles that will never offer the same dynamic gameplay this system has, which could still be improved and expanded. Don’t hesitate: buy it, you won’t regret it. Some critics may be right about certain flaws, but that doesn’t take away from the fun or from the undeniable value of the gameplay. Highly recommended
