At Dead Of Night
At Dead Of Night is part horror film, part horror game and part ghost hunt. It seamlessly blends live-action and graphics to create a unique immersive horror experience like no other.
Maya is a student trapped in a remote hotel run by a psychopath called Jimmy Hall. Jimmy has tied up Maya’s friends and locked them in their rooms, with evil intentions. Maya has managed to escape, but Jimmy is on the prowl looking for her. However, to get him to release her friends, Maya must uncover Jimmy’s dark secret. Using an ancient ghost voice receiver she finds, Maya must communicate with the ghosts of Jimmy’s past, who materialise around the hotel and gradually reveal their story.

There’s now a version optimised for Steam Deck – before download go to settings > properties > Betas and select ‘steamdeck – optimised for Steam Deck’ from the drop down menu. This version is yet to be reviewed by Steam (they reviewed the normal non-optimised game).

Sehr spannend und die Handlung ist sehr interessant! Ist kein extremes Horrorgame, man bekommt aber den Nervenkitzel zwischendurch und manchmal gute Jumpscares! :) Empfehle ich definitiv weiter!!

Graphics: 10/10 (Live action with 3D Elements)
Story: 9/10 (can be a tiny bit disturbing at times but only to further enlighten the player about the antogonist's past)
Horror: 100/10 (my heart is constantly pounding in my chest, an incredibly thrilling game all the way through)
This game is fantastic!!! The tension keeps you on edge through out the entire experience and the best thing??? THE STORY! DEFINITLY RECOMMEND!

Unangehneme stimmung hatte spass und so bis mir jimmy in die fresse gehauen hat 10/10 Spiel wenn man mal eine gesicht massage braucht sehr zu empfehlen.

Kann dieses Spiel sehr empfehlen, hat mich teilweise so extrem erschreckt ... es fühlt sich nicht mal an wie extremer Horror, aber die Spielmechanik, die Story finde ich genial. Und wenn man es übereilig hat mit dem "Klicken" dann dreht man sich mal zu weit und "Jimmeeeey" hat einem eine auf den Kopf, aber ich mags, fand es witzig. Kurzes (ca. 10 Stunden), knackiges und spannendes Horrorspiel.

Ist sehr kompliziert habe beim spielen die Eier verloren aber ist ein geiles spiel ich empfehle es weiter mit Jimmys Jump Scares ist das spiel gruseliger und geiler geworden TOP SPIEL.

it's my favorite ever horror game, no matter if I watch or play myself (I've watched livestreams of this game for the last 5 years, finally I have enough courage to play myself :D). I am shitting my pants every time, in the best way possible. Thankfully I know the story already, if I had to discover everything by myself, I would turn into a crying bundle of fear. The atmosphere of not knowing when Jimmy will hit you is the absolute best and for a one person developing team, this game is absolutely a masterpiece in my eyes.

Ein echt Spannendes Spiel. Das Spiel hat Nervenkitzel pur. Ich würde At Dead of Night weiter empfehlen. Ich hab noch Hoffnung das ein 2 Teil rauskommt:)
