Now, as far as VNs go, this is a fairly strait forward VN with a short introduction to the universe, a common route and then a character specific route, which leads to one of multiple possible endings based on player choices throughout the game.
There are a lot of choices to make, some of which are more impactful than others but the way they come up, both in terms of frequency and theme keep flow well balanced as well as keeping the player engaged.
A lot offer quite funny options.
There are also multiple instances where you can actually fail, and as a consequence you might perhaps end up back on the title sceen. Not that I know anything about that as I never made the wrong choice, of course.
A strong focus is on character interactions through which you can learn about the world, the people,
the places.
There are no lore dumps or anything like that. You pick up all you need to know as you go.
In terms of story, to avoid any spoilers I will not mention anything specific. Just this much:
There is more to it than what meets the eye at first. And to get the full picture of everything you should complete every route as each route has its own story to tell. Some of it gets hinted at during the common route.
The characters are all unique in their own way. Fairly interesting, as each one has their own backstory which gets explored in their respective routes. Fairly common in VNs, so no suprise here.
All main characters are fully voiced, even some minor characters have a full voice over.
At the time of this review none of the oneshot side characters are voiced but it might be implemented in the future.
The voice overs are done professionally. It fits the scenes and feels genuine.
Soundtrack is not something I can judge well enough to say any more than "It's good". I will leave it at that.
