I wish we have games like this nowadays. This game hasn't survived well for modern times - there are problems with resolution, mouse sensitivity, sound levels, but its fun and black humor, coupled with simple gameplay and interesting weapons, create an absurd and remarkable picture, where artillery, jetpacks and robots coexist with airships, bows and magic. It's the essence of hilarity and it's fucking peak awesome

Way back in the day I used to rent this game for the original Xbox. Finding it again on Steam was a major surprise to me, and having loved it but never being able to finish it I jumped right back in when I got it. It still holds up well enough today, but not without some issues.
The game itself is very silly: you take a jovial band of thieves to overthrow an evil tyrant and blow up everything and most everyone along the way. It rarely takes itself seriously with every cutscene loaded up with jokes and tons of chatter mid game too. The gameplay itself keeps itself fresh through different objectives in each level. However, the mouse's sensetivity is waaaaay too high for the game and there's no way to lower it enough for it to be practical at all, so you need to get used to barely moving it. The turret sections are kind of lame, and the ending is sudden and somewhat limp. In the end even with these things it's still an enjoyable romp set to a wonderful soundtrack.

A yes Just as a remember when playing it for the first time long time ago, ruining fast as sonic having 120 FPS, clearing the game so fast that crash lol.
Jokes aside a good game for it time 2003 destructible environment, a shark Gun and doing the same 3 missions over and over save villagers, run A to B, defend the base simpler time and all the star wars references and plot you can think of great game.

It's a pain to get running in HD.
Game makes no sense in any way. Story, gameplay, cutscenes, it's a incoherent mess.
Also it's very fun and extremly silly.
