Be prepared to be drawn into the elaborate artwork, not just of the heroes, but of the monsters you will encounter throughout the game.
Strategic turn-based battles…
Enjoy the strategic battles which will surely keep you on your toes. An important aspect of this game is the management of each hero’s mentality, which will greatly affect their performance in battle. Be sure to keep alert to the progress of battle, so that you can fully utilize the capabilities of your entire party.
Numerous customizable elements…
You can head out on a quest with a party of up to five heroes decided by you. Aria’s job can be chosen from 14 types, and each job can be further customized and enhanced by arranging weapons, skills, traits, etc.
Challenging quests…
Dungeons are randomized, so that a new map can be explored for each quest.
Adverse events in the quest will cause your allies’ attributes to drop, or even cause them to abandon the party. Therefore, it is crucial that you maintain your vigilance to keep your party in top-notch condition.
An epic story…
A tale that began in a seemingly peaceful countryside village gradually progresses into an epic adventure. Enjoy the unpredictable storyline!

as other comments said. yes, kinda similar to Darkest Dungeon but in light mode and not as punishing. not even one death during my gameplay. grinding not too necessary but is OK if you aim perfection.

Seriously loving it.
I can see why people used darkest dungeon for similarity.
However, while challenging I think Aria Chronicle is easier.
The characters talk just a bit too much when moving from scene to scene but whatever, the foreign voice acting is good feels like I'm watching an anime, haha. The music gets stuck in my head although I don't think it's particularly anything special. It did crash on me once so far. It's a lot of fun. Challenging.

Story is great, unexpected plot.
Almost everything is okay, and good some even great.
Unfortunately the only thing that is so hard to do is the exploring, it's very taxing, repetitive and tiring. Specially the LONG dungeon. It's not FUN to explore.
Very grindy, but it's very unsatisfying because you can't make overpowered character, the level limit is only 10, and it miss LOTS of HIT, even magic can miss in this game.

Great Game overall! I thought the Character and Class design was enjoyable. The progression systems were easily understandable and provided. The story is pretty simple but has some good twists and character development. There were some characters' voices acting that got quite annoying. The game loop was enjoyable, and the extra "rogue-like" mode was exciting. The combination of tactical battling combined with the dungeon-crawling aspect was extremely enjoyable. I'd definitely give this game a 9/10, would recommend if you enjoy dungeon crawlers or turn-base combat systems with an engaging party system.

Light version of Darkest Dungeon with a fun list of classes.

Moe Dungeon - similar to Da(r/n)kest Dungeon but you don't go crazy and have overall easier time.
