同パブリッシャーのヘラクレスシリーズとほぼ同じシステムです
障害物の取り壊しや木の伐採などで資源を増やし、穴を埋めたり橋を渡したり、資源生産機のレベルを上げたりして、ステージごとに設定された目標をクリアします
最近のヘラクレスに比べると、ステージ構成が平面的なのでわかりやすいです
指示を与えられた作業員が忙しく働いて、たまーに特別な障害物や目標物を主役のアリシア（など）が処理するのもヘラ同様です
ただし、ヘラやヘラ嫁たちは障害物を取り除けばサッと仕事するのに、こっちの主役は資源が必要なときがあります
「たまにしか動かないのに資源要求すんなよ・・・」と言いたくなりましたが、これはおそらくもう少しキャラデザがかわいかったらなぁという気持ちの問題です＾＾
（正確に言うと、ヘラシリーズもメデューサやケルベロスなど資源がないと仕事しないキャラはいます）
現在7作目まで続いてるヘラ基準で見てしまうと、大きな声で「おすすめ！」は迷いますが、とくに欠点もないのでこれ単体で見れば十分ありかなと思います
