■Synopsis
–2015, Tokyo.
There, an urban legend was prevalent about a woman.
Rumors of a ghost of a mistress called "Alice".
Everyone was on the topic, but I didn’t mind.
That day was late at the university club drinking party,
I couldn’t make it in time for the last train, so I had no choice but to go home on foot.
On my way home, when I came near a pitch-black construction site, I decided to take a shortcut,
I decided to go through the camera I had just in one hand.
However, there I came across something that didn’t seem to belong to this world.

This game is a good choice for fans of indie Japanese horror games, as long as they know what to expect. The gameplay is simple: you have to go from point A to point B, avoiding the monster that lurks in the maze-like environment. Along the way, you find new items that unlock new paths and expand the map. The best thing about the game is the world and atmosphere it creates. It’s spooky and well-crafted. The worst thing about the game is the lack of polish.
Despite having a decent hardware setup (RTX 3060ti with a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X), I experienced frequent frame drops and low performance. The game doesn’t seem to be optimized well for modern systems. The controls are also frustrating at times, especially the door opening mechanic. It only works properly about 40% of the time. There is one part in particular where this makes the game artificially hard.
Overall, I would recommend this game on sale if you are interested in the story and the setting, and if you are willing to overlook some of its flaws.
