Come for the classic Valve charm, stay because you've been waiting 20 minutes for a ranked match and now you're too invested to quit. Dota Underlords isn't just a game; it's a historical monument to a genre's early days and a cautionary tale about trusting a studio that names its own employees after numbers. Five stars for the concept, zero stars for the future. And that's okay. It doesn't need one.
