Grow Home
In Grow Home you play as BUD (Botanical Utility Droid), a robot on a mission to save his home planet by harvesting the seeds of a giant alien plant. On his quest BUD will discover a beautiful world of floating islands that are home to some rather strange plants and animals. Grow the giant plant and use your unique climbing abilities to reach ever higher ground, but be careful…one wrong move and it’s a long way down! Key Features Climbing: Procedural animation allows you to move BUD's hands independently, creating a unique and unrestricted climbing experience. Growing: Guide and ride the giant alien plant as you create your own pathways in the sky. Everything you grow can be climbed on. Use it as a bridge, a safety net, or simply as a tool for artistic expression.

Wow, remember when Ubisoft was a respected publisher with a few good indies under them?
I enjoyed it. Climbing is wonky, but works.
Monotonous, but doesn't overstays its welcome.
Completed the scans and got all star seeds just for the hell of it.
Basically the precursor to Zelda Breath of the Wild.

adorable little game, and kinda nostalgic! i remember wanting this game so bad when i was a kid when i saw jacksepticeye play it and i'm glad to say it's held my interest since the past 10 (or so) years! and the devs are sure to be expecting another couple bucks in their wallets for the sequel, cause im definitely buying it!

The Original Peak, 10 Years before it was even a thing. Super creative and cute climbing and exploration game. Lots of style and even more fun!

This is such a fun little platformer, def recommended if you're looking for a cute game to get through in like 2-3 hours.
The only real complaint i have with this is that some of the achievements are tedious as hell to complete.
Would def recommend looking at guides if you plan on 100% the game as some of the tedium can be bypassed with glitches.

Great game, enjoyable gameplay, cute animals, and BUD. What more could you ask for?
On a side note, Grow Home is fantastic choice if you're looking for a few hours of chill & climbing.
Plus, the motive and core system is simple, so you don't need to worry about needing to relearn countless mechanics & story if you end up returning to the game after several years.
Of course even though when you do eventually reach the peak of your climb, the game gives you enough crystals and things to scan to push in a few more hours if you're one to play a game to its absolute limit.

Very cool and unique game. Still nothing really like it despite some imitations. Highly recommended. Controller is a must.
Doesn't require the Ubisoft launcher. One of the few good things to come out of Ubisoft.
Mediocre PC port with many various technical issues such as frame rate, refresh rate, and crashing. YMMV, but you should be able to get through the game without any issues, provided the temporal issues don't make you sick. It appears someone has made a mod that fixes the framerate issues, but I don't know how well it works.
P.S. Avoid the sequel.

Very nice experience. About 4 hours for the main game, two more for all collectibles and most achievements, and two of climbing and falling with flowers for 100%.
