The MOST USEFUL software for games that don't have a pause during cutscenes, which, if you ask me, is a must, but not all studios impliment it. Playing Baldur's Gate 3 with this, works perfectly.

Singleplayer games that generally dont pause when you pause its great because my god why must you pause a game that doesnt pause.

Works with Nightreign, might need extra steps when you can't unpause though.
When the game becomes 'not responding' you might be able to open Resource Monitor and resume the Nightreign process.
It works if you don't pause it for too long, after leaving it paused for around 4-5 minutes when you unpause the game will crash.

this might be one of the most useful things ever. i could not live without it. it especially came in handy in kingdom come deliverance, where pausing during cutscenes/dialogues was not a thing. and being a person disturbed by his parents quite a bit, and kcd having a lot of dialogue, i didnt want to miss out on anything and desperately needed a way to pause the game when i got disturbed in an unpausable encounter.
