Station 37 is a retro style immersive sim based on the quake engine.
You are a scientist that is sent to Station 37, a large space station orbiting a far off alien planet. During the three months to get to the station, something went horribly wrong. Your mission is to get back home, find out what happened, and hopefully survive.
Key Features:
- Old school immersive sim design – Level and encounter design based on older immersive sim games.
- Retro style graphics – Low-Res art style inspired on games like quake and system shock 1.
- Difficult Gameplay – Self explanatory.
- Open Source/Modding – Source code will be under the GPL license and supports the trenchbroom level editor for custom maps.

This game nails the retro 3D shooter feels. It reminded me a bit of Half-Life when it comes to the atmosphere. Features solid gunplay, music, and a story told via notes in game. There are a few annoyances such as gettin stuck on items in environment and the side strafe bein' slow as molasses. Overall, good title from Rory Lambert here at a nice price imo.

It's more like classic survival horror than Quake, but not bad at all. I also feel System Shock vibes.
