Sneaky IT Support
Sneaky IT Support is a simulation game where you find naughty secrets in employee computers. Find their nudes and sell them on the dark web. Every laptop has a problem you have to fix within a given time limit. If you’re fast enough, you’ll have time to look around for secrets. The more secrets you find, the more money you’ll make.
The faster you can fix the problem, the more time you’ll have to look for secrets. If you’re lucky, you might even find some nudes! Some employees are good at hiding their naughty secrets, though, so you’ll have to be quick and clever to find them all. Use the earned money to upgrade your IT equipment.

Gameplay:
Every now and then an employee comes along and brings you their laptop. They usually have a virus they want removed, or another trivial problem. Your job is to help them fix the problem within a limited number of time.
The tasks are simple and the problems are very easy to fix. But that’s not where the fun is. After your job is done you get to browse around in their computer and look through their stuff.
Read their chat messages and emails, and see what sort of person they are. Most importantly, look for any naughty secrets they might be hiding. Every person has a secret. Some are better at hiding them than others. You might need to install a keylogger to get their password to access certain files.
So go out there and help some employees with their computer troubles. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll make a few bucks on the side.

Synopsis
Sneaky IT Support is a hacking simulator
Story
You have the laptops of four people who work for your company and you're looking for files on their machines.
Gameplay
First off I will say that I work level 2 (deskside support) IT in the real world. IT guys don't have the time or desire to rifle through your files.
You pick the laptop you want to hack, there are three women and one male. Best to start at the top and work your way down. You will go through the folders for their user looking for files. Some of the folders contain password protected zip files and you have to guess the passwords. This is where the game starts to go off the rails.
Olivia's laptop is probably the best done, you can find passwords or hints to the passwords in the various files. You will have to search the Internet on your own computer to find out some things, like she likes the poem Tyger Tyger, you need to find out who wrote it. What I didn't like about this specific puzzle was you needed the last name, not the full name.
Each laptop has a notes section where you can write down the folder locations and their passwords as you discover them. This is necessary because when you shutdown the computer all of the folders lock again.
Some of the puzzles reference things on the other laptops. Not completely unfair, but not the most honest thing either. I ended up getting the Walkthrough guide and I don't think you will be able to complete the game without it, or similar hints from the web.
Some of the puzzles relate to other games the developer has made. This is a tad unfair to people who don't know. One laptop has a naughty folder and inside are the names of games by the developer, but if you didn't know that going in, it isn't something you're likely to figure out. There is another puzzle where the answer is the name of a recipe, but you have to know what the recipe is from the ingredients listed as it isn't titled by the name of the dish.
All in all, I loved the idea, but wish it had continued more in the vein of Olivia's laptop, where the information was there, you just needed to find it. The other issue I had was people don't use multiple passwords, if they do there is a "I need a password" and a "This needs to be secure password" beyond that they have too much trouble remembering their passwords, and I can validate that with real life experience.
I loved that there were a variety of images. The NSFW images you're supposed to find are 3D renders, but there are lots of other images you will come across on your way. Each of the people have their own "system" on storing things, which was a good thing also. You have some who toss things all over and then the very organized "everything in its place" people.
There is also a "story" in the game as you find out how the different characters interact with each other and some details of their personal lives. I would have liked to see this expanded upon.
The Gallery
There is no Gallery. You will need to go back onto each individual laptop, find, and unlock any images you want to see. There are 40 images to find, most are solo shots.
Final Verdict
I really wanted to love this game as I really liked the idea behind it. Unfortunately as the game went on the passwords made less sense than when you started. So it is just decent.
