Wolfenstein: The New Order

Great game but I got black listed by the United States government for playing it.

As an American writing this in October of 2025, playing this game is very cathartic and reminds me of the good ol' days when Nazis were the bad guys. Good times. I am having fun with this for what I paid ($4), for sure.

Testosterone-fueled giga-chad kills nazis, grieves fallen homies, and gets laid mid-apocalypse.

This game completely surprised me. I went in expecting just another mindless shooter, but what I got was one of the most solid experiences I’ve had in years.
The shooting feels amazing - dual wielding shotguns or rifles never gets old, and every weapon has a satisfying punch. What I really liked is that you can play it your way: go full Rambo and blow everything up, or sneak around and silently take out your enemies. Both approaches are actually fun and rewarding.
The main character is very well written, which gives the game a unique and memorable feel.
It’s not perfect: some levels are quite linear, and the AI can be dumb at times. But honestly, none of that stopped me from having a great time.

The game is good and I liked it, it's a really good shooter - meat, swearing, etc.
The graphics are good in my opinion, the machines and Nazis look perfectly scary - these huge robots look terrifying, but that's great, it works for the atmosphere. The game also has a lot of great jokes and the plot is presented in a cool way. The impact of the weapons is the best, everything gets blown apart, etc. The only memorable characters are Fergus, Anna, Bijay, and that's about it. Some locations were quite difficult for me, maybe because of the level design or because I'm not good at hardcore games. I recommend everyone to play — it has everything: graphics, plot, jokes. We condemn and do not support Nazis.

Killing Nazis is a family friendly activity. Always fun to shoot them and watch them die. Great game too.

Wolfenstein: The New Order is a great FPS game with satisfying shooting, a surprisingly good story and a unique alternate-history setting. The weapons feel powerful, the characters are memorable and the campaign stays interesting from start to finish. The story was much better than I expected and personally, I enjoyed it a lot more than The Old Blood because it had stronger characters and a more engaging campaign. The replay value is mostly for achievements and higher difficulties but the first playthrough was a really memorable experience. Definitely a must-play for fans of single-player shooters.
